First of all. I feel stupid reviewing McDonald's. But you don't walk into a McDonald's. You drive through. Who cares about the interior. The frequency of the ice cream machine "broken" is the same as any other McDonald's. The fries that they give you are also equally insufficient. The wait time is surprisingly good. What to complain?

The best McDonalds I have been to in PA. I'm not joking,fresh,fast,friendly We almost forgot what service should be like!!! They don't play in the evening that crew got it going on. Thanks Guys!!!! By reading the reviews I see none of that and it was clean!!!

The restaurant was clean, the service was great and the food was on point. Fries were fresh, burger tasted great. It was a very great experience.

On this particular day at this particular restaurant, they had not put a part of the order in the bag at drive thru. Also, they were out of milk for latee and replaced with coak, but refused to reimburse upcharge of latee

I would generally give this location a 1 or 2 start rating from previous experiences. I stopped in Sunday afternoon out of necessity, I was starving and just needed something quick. This location must be under new management. The drive thru experience was fairly quick, the young people working were polite, professional, and efficient, and the spicy chicken sandwich meal was prepared well, not sloppy, hot, and tasty. Pleasantly surprised.

My daughter want a 4 piece nuggets happy meal and the apple juice was free,,but they charge me 10 cent extra for the apple juice,,no other McDonald's don't charge extra for happy meal drink

I went this morning to just to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown because pregnancy cravings are real, and ended up sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order for waaaay longer than I needed to just to be ignored. Honked my horn, still no one, drove around to the first window, and no one was there. I can get past all of the employees having an attitude, but this s ridiculous. I’m not going to spend money at a place where they obviously don’t want it.

I will never stop at this place again,my order was short the fries again,in the last couple of years I have been ripped off on my order four out of five times,being waited on by people that apparently don't want to be there,talking shit on the manager in front of customers and take my order by saying "what you want" I'm officially done with McDonald's, if there was a zero star rating this store deserve's it....

I will NEVER give this location business again. After waiting over 10 minutes inside for our food (where it sat for a while getting cold while employees talked to each other), my husband was beyond APPALLED to witness the employees making fun of a child with special needs. As a parent of a special needs child, this makes my blood boil. Be prepared to lose some business because I’m not keeping quiet about this unbelieveable and unacceptable behavior. ��

You have to have the most disfunctional team i have ever seen. Friday night all we wanted was a large number 1 and a large number 8. The girl read it back to us CORRECTLY. what did we get number 1 medium, number 8 medium and a ghetto responce of "not my problem this is what we got you for. " they didn't even give us our drinks we had to sit there until they decided to look up again. My fish was burnt and slimy the fries were old and cold and unsalted. These are the people that want $15 an hour? Please get a self serve kiosk. Not even an apology from your staff.

This Mcdonalds has to be the worst in Pittsburgh. Pull up to the drive thru and order a large diet coke. I wait and wait for a total that never came up on the screen so I don't think she rang it in. So she said when I got to the window the woman had an ear bud in one ear and the mcdonalds headset in the other and couldn't hear a thing I was saying and asked for $1.07 which should have been $1.06 with tax. she doesn't say anything to me of offer my receipt back so I just pull ahead to the pickup window where i see 4-5 employees standing at the counter talking and there was loud music playing with cursing that my children could hear and the woman says after waiting a LONG time for just a drink...... "we aint got diet workin, what other kind you want?" I asked what other diet drinks they offered cuz I was diabetic and she couldn't hear me so she removed the headset and said "What??" I repeated myself and she said nothin all we got is Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, what you want? I said just give me a unsweetened tea with equal so she hands it out and shuts the window in my face as I was saying thank you. got a mile down the road and took a sip and pulled over to spit it out. It was so old or the container was dirty because it was so bad I couldn't drink it. There are clearly some management and cleaning issues with that store. Thank got I only lost a dollar and seven cents.

I was tossing my salad and found a slug. I filled out a report with the manager on duty and never received a phone call after in regards to the incident. Since this, my appetite has diminished and a salad is out of the question!

And regardless if there's one person in the place or hundred your gonna wait as if there's a thousand people. You always have to check your order if it's bagged up cause chances are something is either missing or wrong. Just a total bad experience and when everything goes right up at the counter the outside soda dispenser becomes the next adventure, missing tops for your soda, no napkins in the dispenser and the Ketchup dispensers are never operational it's like they don't filled them this way they don't have to clean them. And if you somehow by the grace of God make it through all that then there's the adventure of trying too find a clean table to sit at.
This isn't just a one time experience this type of service is a continuous practice at this McDonald.
Other than all that it the perfect place to go eat smh.

Carmel frappe from McDonald's is better than any coffee drink at Starbucks! Especially when you ask for extra carmel. The apple pies are my favorite also they're always so fresh

Poor Customer Service. Each time I've visited the drive thru at this location, the service has been slow and the customer service has been rude, today was another example. I pulled in was asked to wait, I waited a few minutes heard the intercom click on and off, after a few minutes I asked it they were ready for me, since I wasn't sure if there was a problem with the intercom. The female who answered me huffed and said fine what was my order, I gave my order of a bacon egg and cheese biscuiut and a diet coke, she huffed again, I neglected to say what size drink I wanted, and rudely asked what size, when I told her, she again huffed and snidely askes if that was all. this has been my typical experience at this drive thru. Today I did not wait not wanting to have her come to window take my money with attitude. I've had enough I rarely complain and consider myself a patient person, but visiting this location always feels like a battle of wills, I just wanted breakfast. I will not visit this location again

Waterfront mcdonalds. Wow this is so upsetting to read. I used to work at this mcdonalds and to me it sounds like it has went down hill. The owners switched the management team around to try to make this mcdonalds better??? what happen marla. There is or was a lot of good people at this restaurant, I hope they pull together and become a winning team before they close the doors.

Worst, ever.. It's Mcdonalds, you expect it to be bad but this one takes it to another level. The screen on the drive through was broken so we couldn't see if what we were ordering was right. The drive thru girl was having some sort of confrontation with the car at her window and my 5 year old son heard all of the HORRIBLE things coming out of her mouth. Then after 15 minutes when she finally got our order she was STILL cussing up a storm in front of my son saying very vulgar things. Of course our order was all wrong, the manager got extremely rude with us when we checked the bags first before driving off. Could not believe that people act that way around paying customers, even if it is MCdonalds. Absolutely disgusted.

Ok, this is McDonald's, so you expect poor service... But this place is apocalyptically bad! I've seen babies come out of the womb faster than this team of misfits can cook a hamburger. I ordered 4 items and 3 of them were wrong. I'm no math wiz, but that's an F in my book. I've been here 5 times and each time the drive thru is catastrophically backed up, the food is cold or wrong, or you get parked and they forget about you. BE WARE!

I jst wanna state that the macdonals in the waterfront has the worse service ever.you wait 25minutes for meals.on top of tthat your coffeee is cold not to mention your fries.i still think that the number 1 macdonald in cape town,is the one in golden-acre.great service and they are efficiently fast.
