Very nice staff and clean facility. I discovered they have stopped making my favorite flavor—daiquiri ice—which is the only reason I ever go. Not their fault though. It’s attached to Dunkin Donuts, so it’s easy for the adults to grab a coffee and the kids can get some ice cream.

Cool treat to beat the heat with a grandson who had a couple disappointments earlier today. In addition to our cones (& his had gummy bears), the boy picked out an American flag cake. We decided that because Independence Day was two days ago, we'd celebrate the US Women's Soccer Team in the World up Finals v. France to be played tomorrow. Service was exceptional. Young man behind the counter had the perfect demeanor for the job. The Mgr. was kind & made my grandson laugh. Icecream cakes are somewhat pricey there, but we'll have to let you know if it was worth it! USA

My husband's life is complete now. He has baskin robbins mint chocolate chip ice cream just a short drive from home! We just bought an ice cream cake for his birthday, and it was frosted beautifully and was delish!

I just love BR's pralines and cream. Have to stop whenever I pass one, actually had to go out of my way for this one, but it was well worth it. Haven't been to a bad one yet. The staff were hard workers, taking care of everyone's request. Will go here again.....if I can find it! 8)

First of all, I love Baskin Robbins. I go to squirrel hill to buy cakes often. I’ve visited the Upper St Clair location twice for a cake now. Both times terrible customer service- I worked as an ice cream server for 7 years. I asked for a cake for a 9 mo. old. To celebrate 9 months of life. Not a typical request I know. So, We wrote down exactly what we wanted and received a cake that aged the baby several years. Asking to have it fixed, or scraped off, we were - “sorry we are too busy” #CustomerService #wow #ManagerTraining. Sorry, not acceptable.
