I usually don’t leave reviews but the customer service was so good! Some homeless man tried to come and ask for my food as I was ringing out … the employees put him in check! On top of them toasting my Italian BMT perfect I had to sit down and dine-in! With everything else being closed they open early just perfect for a early lunch snack!

This subway is the best! The staff are extremely friendly and very efficient. I usually order on the app and my food is always ready before I even arrive at the store. The line gets fairly long around lunch time because it is in U Pitt, but I still think this is the best Subway in Pittsburgh. I usually walk out of my way to go to this store. I would highly recommend this location!

This location near the University of Pittsburgh is well staffed, the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and get you waited on quickly. This location honors coupons and on-line promotions and deals. Subs are quite good too!

Look, when you go to Subway, you aren't looking for fine dining or luxury quality food. You get what you get: Subs. I've been a frequent customer here for about 3-4 years and the staff there is extremely nice and bend over backwards to try to give you what you want.
Some notes though: Never go during rush hours (12-2). These guys and gals are extremely fast at what they do, but you will be waiting in that line for a good 15 minutes, because the line is almost out the door. This mostly only happens not during summer (when school is in session).

The staff here is really nice, and they give you a ton of meat and additional toppings if you want them. It definitely gets busy during lunch hours, so be prepared to stand in line for 15 min.
