Nice staff, I pretty much surprised them with a rather big order on a Sunday morning but they were up for the task and managed to get it ready within 10 minutes! Delicious Bagel, their salmon bagel and avocado ones are excellent. Their sausage and egg bagel also great!

Tried Texas brisket egg sandwich (bagel) plus their cheesy hash brown and soon it turned out to be a great pick for my breakfast. I usually prefer classic or original menu. However, this sandwich tasted really great and it's because the beef was well seasoned and the entire thing was just greatly balanced. 👍 Very close from one of the best travel attractions in Pittsburgh.
Einstein bagels taste so much better than store bought. Never have had a bad experience at one. Their breakfast sandwiches are great, good prices on all menu items. Coupons they give out are awesome.

There is always a line here but worth the tiny wait, employees are friendly and quick and everything is always as ordered.
Amazing i had the ham and Swiss. Hubbs had an amazing spicy breakfast sandwich. Next time I'll take pics. Usually I would give it a 5 but a minor mishap took away a star (3)or too bc I was hungry all hell(2.7).

Still the best and freshest bagel sandwiches
Was there on Monday January 13th. I would just like to say thank you to the two ladies working at 7:30am who helped me with my order of 2 grab and go boxes. They were fast, efficient and most of all, cordial. I hope management knows how great they are and that they are the type of people that make patrons become loyal to a place. I will definitely be back when I return to Pittsburgh.

When I went to the counter to place my order, the employee, Jarod, did not greet me. He was looking down, leaning on the cash register and touching his face and forehead... feeling for and then picking and squeezing pimples on his forehead. IT WAS DISGUSTING! He had long dreadlocks dangling with no hairnet. I wanted to walk out but decided to place my order. Jarod started the order then stepped away. Another employee processed the transaction. It took four attempts before the credit card was accepted. Fortunately Jarod did put gloves on before he made my food. Once the food was ready he looked at me and handed it over the counter. I had to ask for the potato chips that came with the sandwich. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have gotten them. All the tables I checked were dirty and there were no napkins at the counter. I found some at the coffee table. I wiped off a table and ate my food. The sandwich was good but very skimpy on the turkey. I thought it was overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this store and I doubt I will return. I was very disappointed in the staff and the lack of maintenance in the store. After this review originally posted, I was contacted by the company with an apology and some vouchers to use in the future. I haven't been back to this location but my experience at a different location was much more acceptable.
