This ice cream is fantastic! I ordered the brownie sundae and it was so good! I choose chocolate peanut butter ice cream and it was very rich and creamy. My friend got a cookie dough sundae and she had so many cookie dough chunks! The whipped cream was light and rich — it tasted homemade. Maybe it was, I should have asked. The young ladies working there were very friendly. I will definitely return as soon as possible!

No frills ice cream shop servicing the Shaler area. Smaller but decent selection of hard and soft serve ice cream, as well as a number of usual specialities.
The quality of the ice cream I have tried with my family has always been good (I'm often partial to mint chocolate chip), and the service pleasant and quick. Add in a very fair price in this day and age, and that's a recipe for success for this part of the year business.

Apparently Google wants me to update. Price increase but still the same great ice cream. Still well worth it.

Really good!! Got both Italian ice and ice cream. So good!! They were so patient when my young daughter was ordering for herself. Highly recommend!

I love this place and my wife loves this place also. They're very nice people they have good prices and a nice selection. You can get Italian ice gelatos ice cream sundaes. They're almost always be somewhat busy but your waited on within a matter of just a very few minutes worth the ride to get there or walk and we will definitely be going back like we always do

Very nice local ice cream shop. Selection is huge (even better than DQ) and sales tax is factored into the menu prices so the price you see is the price you pay. Lines can get long but they do move fast thanks to an attentive staff. They are only open during the spring and summer.

The best place around, hands down.. Joe Zeppi's is on of the best places you can go to get a refreshing treat. They have a ton of great flavors of ice cream. They have a wide array of Italian Ice flavors as well, ranging from bubblegum to mango and every flavor in between. They have a bunch of specialty treats too like the Gelato; a mix of italian ice and soft serve icream . Joe Zeppi's employees are always very friendly. They seem to always have a line of returning customers yet the service is still very speedy. VERY reasonable prices top of this great establishment. Give this place a try and you won't be sorry!

Beats out Rita's for sure!!!!!!!!!. Joe Zeppi's Italian Ice I think is so much better than Rita's. It is really good and very flavorful. The service people are really nice and everybody seems to love it because it is always crowded. Very friendly, family atmosphere and an excellent place for anybody with an ice and ice cream sweet tooth.
