The food and service were great. They had a few tables to sit at and the place was clean. One of the better spots to get lunch in downtown Pittsburgh.

Food is half decent but after traveling along way to get there you are not allowed to go to the bathroom, doesn't work for seniors !!! Sad after 15 years of eating there. As of March 2022 you can eat in and if you make a purchase can use the bathroom, makes thing better !!!

Great sandwiches as Always however I had trouble with the promo code of buy 1, get the 2nd for 50% off even I tried the app first then login to the website but neither worked so I ordered my usual 2 little John's with Jimmy mustard and oil/vinegar on the side because you never if they are going to put too much on or not enough so I do it for myself as always.

Got there just before closing, they served me quickly. They were very friendly & fast. Shop was clean & the associates were busy with last minute closing details. Food was good.

Just like they say, eerily fast delivery and even faster if you eat there. Very consistent, fresh ingredients, definitely don't skimp on the good stuff *cough*Subway*cough* and don't shy away from giving their sandwiches some kick with flavor! Staff is no-nonsense, but not rude or cold -- they're freaking busy hustling out sammiches! A great go-to when you want something reliable & inexpensive on the fly or otherwise.
