Server AMY was incredible. She knew everything we wanted before we even asked. She provided us with everything in a timely manner. She was goofy and fun when needed & we felt safe and loved. The music was amazing, all of the appetizers were good & the drinks. Overall, highly recommend this Applebees and Amy. Came for the dollaritas left with a sense of love & home.

My sister and I stopped to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. The waitress took our order and came back several minutes later to say an item on the menu had been unable since earlier in the afternoon. We said ok and moved on. The waitress came back again and I asked for another drink she said she would be right back and didn't return until she brought the check. As she came by with the check she had a plate in her hand of the same item I requested and she said they did not have available. She then looked at me and said she forgot my drink and asked if I still wanted it as she put the bill on the table. I told her nevermind and we left. Will definitely not be back to visit this location.

The table service was terrible. First time my appetizer it come together with my main course and all main course were cold. Look like table service doesn't have experience to do his job.
Will be back but will not visit this Applebee's anymore.

So glad to eat on Veterans Day. I don't get out often being a Army Veteran at 71 ran into old friends I haven't seen in years thanks to Applebee's. Thanks Applebee's for a great meal and friendship on Veterans Day. Much appreciated. Meal was free although the service was tipped.

My last two experiences at this location were great. Mostly attributed to our waitress Essence. Both times she was our waitress.

I'm usually satisfied with my meal, but yesterday was not a good experience. The salmon was overcooked, the shrimp was undercooked, and the featured fruit cocktail was not flavorful.

The waitress had no clue the apps were a deal after 9pm. Then she charged me for full price quesadillas,pretzels, and boneless wings. Then she was lacking in coming back to check on us or ask us if we wanted anything else. Told us she would correct it then didn't. Ugh was she new or just forgetful.
