First of all if it’s nice outside eat on the rooftop deck. The hummus we got as an appetizer was some of the best I ever had! Homemade! I also recommend the Philly burrito. If you like Philly cheesesteaks you will love this!
I hung out here for happy hour and had the Poke Bowl and the Lobster Mac n Cheese. Wowwy!!! They are definitely doing it right on the Mac n Cheese... mine had a slight kick to it which only added to the depth of flavor.
To top it off... my man Doug made the experience totally over the top with his 1st class service.
Without going into the details... I made a comment and Doug stepped up to make my future experience very memorable. In the service industry, it's the little things that count. Way to go Doug!
For me the rooftop is the draw. Nothing amazing about the food or drinks, it's a Harris Grill same as the one in Shadyside, but the rooftop is a cool perk to find downtown. The view isn't too special as it's only four floors up and locked in by buildings. Very affordable spot well suited for a team happy hour with heavy apps.
Great service with the best fish sandwich I have ever had. Wish they served it year round and that the cod fish sandwich is served on it's own and not as a meal. Had to pay extra for it without being a meal but worth it. Did I say great service. The drinks were the best we have ever had👍

As much as I love the Shadyside location, I Have not the time to visit other locations. I'm giving this 5 stars because I love Harris Grill, I even turned 21 at Harris 7 years ago at the harris grill on Ellsworth. But today I decided to finally grab some Colombian Gum Nummers from this place via grubhub and well... the wings were disappointing. It was glazed with a bit of something sweet, Was not spicy like I remembered it. Really sad about it. To be honest, it's quite depressing. The gum nummer sauce isnt exciting and the sauce is what makes these wings very special, so special it's worth coming back for every time. So to try and salvage what I can, I had to use Quaker State and lube Buckeye bbq sauce to compensate for the excitement that was expected with the Gum Nummers.
Good product and their love affair with bacon is something to be jealous of. Consistent service across all of their brands. The popup Christmas bar was super awesome and the drinks we very on point for quality and for theme!
The staff are very nice and don't have you waiting long to get service. The food is excellent!

This review is a little belated (we were there in early February of this year). We had a large group coming in from out of town (~20 people), looking for last minute accommodations for a large party on a Saturday night. There weren't a lot of options but Harris was able to accommodate our party. It was a bit of a walk from where we were staying, but we didn't have many options. This turned out to be very fortunate.
First, let me start by thanking our server, Amber (and the other person who was assisting given the size of the party), who were absolutely awesome. As we had several small groups (meaning several different checks), sat at different tables (so kids could sit with kids), etc. I'm sure it would have normally been an accounting nightmare, but she was totally on top of it and was by so frequently nobody was ever waiting for a refill, request or otherwise.
Second, the food was great. The menu is fun and everyone enjoyed what they got. I had the lobster mac & cheese, phenomenal if your diet allows for it. It also had a nice beer selection.
We had such a great experience that should we be in town again, this will be the first place I call to attempt to make a reservation. Thanks again everyone there that night from the staff to the kitchen, you guys were great.
Its a pretty decent place for a weekday happy hour. We took the roof top and service was very good. Expect delays in service especially during happy hours but the servers were kind enough to acknowledge the orders were late and apologized for the delay. Appetizers were very good they had lot of vegetarian options too and the drink menu was good. Reasonable price.
Met a group of friends for a few beverages at 3 pm. Fantastic selection of cocktails. Don the bartender was very attentive. Food looked very good. Would definitely return to sample their food. Good draft and bottle beer selection in addition to nice list of craft cocktails as well.
