these guys are AMAZING!! the food is outstanding and there is currently a deal for free breadsticks with a $20 order. I can get a boat load of great food for under $50 and it’s enough to feed me and my boyfriend for two or three days HAHA. the service is great and super speedy. felt so terrible coming in on xmas eve but we were starving and out of groceries. they were still so kind and efficient and they weren’t annoyed. tip them plenty and be kind back to them, they work so hard! <3

Pizza Palermo is our go to pizza spot in shadyside. It’s affordable, delicious, and convenient. We usually get a classic pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. Their wings are meaty and saucy. I usually get a side of ranch as well.
I usually order online because they offer great promo codes/discounts. You get free breadsticks with any $20 online order. For my latest order, I also had a 25% off coupon on my account.
The staff at pizza Palermo is kind and hardworking. Their package their wings perfectly and they are always fresh and hot, even for delivery orders.

Ordered a whole Crispy Chicken hoagie and half Seafood Hoagie, both were excellent!! The chicken was a nice hearty portion that covered the entire length of bun.The half was larger than I expected, which is a good thing and loaded with shrimp and imitation crab meat. Service was pleasant. This might be my new go to hoagie shop, next I’ll have to try the pizza.

Pizza was pretty good. I'm not a big pizza person but it was pretty good. I went late at night so it was quiet, which I enjoyed. I really wasn't in the mood to be around a bunch of people cuz I ate my pizza while I was there. I like the place my wife does too

If you’re looking for a friendly clean place to eat at this is it. The workers are always polite and nice. The manager Kacie is always helpful, love the new tv they got on the wall to watch the games also!

Ove coming here. Delicious food that fill all and any cravings.. so many Great options. Great environment and customer service has always been great. Kacie Lynn is always so friendly and welcoming in and perfect at recommending the perfect dish.
