The food here is absolutely delicious. I have been to several of the locations in the Pittsburgh area and they are all phenomenal. Every dish I have tried or sampled from dining companions is always incredible. Great service, beautiful atmosphere. One of the best Thai restaurants around!

The food and atmosphere of this restaurant were wonderful and very appealing. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the water in the background while secluded by flowers and plants. The food was fantastic and the staff was all very kind. (Just a heads up for those dining in- there is a 20% ‘service fee’ already added to your check at the end. Yes the receipt will still ask you for a tip after)

Good is always great, even when we get take out. Service is impeccable. Dining in is always a treat, love the beautiful atmosphere.

Outside dining is romantic and trendy, with fire pits dotted between most tables. Trellises and pretty plants make areas more intimate. Inside the dining area is traditional: with typical Thai motif. Servers were attentive and cheerful. Ours recommended the Pad Thai combination plate. All the elements were delicious: noodles, dumplings, soup, vegetables. Portions were so generous, I took 2/3 of mine home and ate it for breakfast the next day.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars…food and service were great…but their furnace made a horrible noise the whole time it was on…mixed with the music… it was like nails on a chalkboard. The food and service was a solid 5…but I suggest getting it go until they get whatever it is fixed.

Booked a reservation inside, but choose outside after the Pittsburgh monsoon subsided, and we were treated to the full gambit of a Thai experience. From accommodating tables put together for 5, the whole night was brilliant. Several menus. It was late, but the quality was spot on and enjoyed thoroughly the next day for a late lunch. Thai restaurants never disappoint in quality and freshness, and although you pay a premium to go to the OG Nicky’s, it’s worth it. ☝️

One of the most delightful dining experiences I've ever had. Amazing service and food and the patio is so beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

We made a reservation for 5pm, when the restaurant opened, and it was a good thing we did! By the time we left it was crowded, and this is a popular spot for good reason. The food is phenomenal. We ordered the appetizer combo, everything was delicious! The drinks look so luxurious with orchids as garnish. And our entrees were amazing, with generous portions. I ended up taking home enough of my spicy crispy basil duck for a great lunch at work on Monday 😂 Nicky's is my fave!!

The restaurant is located at north hill part of Pittsburgh. The ambiance is really wonderful with statues and other sculptures. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting options. We choose to sit outside. The food and services both are really good. Price is ok, neither too expensive nor cheap. They do have different spice levels 1 to 5 but for my dish with 3 spice level it was a little to sweet to my taste. That is the only reason why I am rating the food to have 4 stars.

The food & presentation on the plate here are top notch. Service is excellent and I appreciate that they ask "How Spicy?" on a 1-5 scale. Portions are always big enough to take some home.
