Went for some spicy miso ramen two days in a row. It was better the first day. The second day I got a bunch of add ons and it changed the soup quality. I got the wonton men with spicy miso. Just get it how it comes they have excellent cooks it’s apparent. Don’t change what’s already good! Also got the vegetable egg rolls the second day they are delicious wow. Wonton men comes with both noodles and dumplings in the soup it’s fantastic!

We really liked this place! We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and this was the only restaurant on the street that had customers. We got an order of the pork gyoza as an app, and they were amazing. Lightly fried to make them slightly crispy, great flavor. I had the Japanese Udon Noodle Soup, which was delicious. My partner had the Negi Ramen in Spicy Shoyu broth, which he really liked.

What can we say, this place never disappoints. The name says it all. Choose from build your own or a selection of about a dozen or so pre-built favorites. Spicy Shoyu today with wontons, egg and mushroom. There are other selections that round out the menu well, but for 412 Reviews, we’re here for the namesake soups.

The pork gyoza is so tender and delicious! The fried eggplant add-on pieces are really big and buttery, and the chushu pork is super tender and flavorful. The curry ramen was fantastic!

Splendid! We came here for a celebration and the whole family enjoyed their food. Atmosphere is nothing special but quite cozy and comfortable. The service was speedy, polite and didn't miss any of the details. And of course the food was delicious! A must try if you enjoy ramen and are around Squirrel Hill!

We had ramen, and it was delicious. The pork was a little thick and dry for my preference, but it was still good. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The service was quick and the waiter was really friendly. They have choices of broths and a separate menu of add-ons to put in your soups. It was pretty busy when we went, but they get people in and out pretty quickly. We would definitely go back.

I have been to a lot of Ramen Bars here in Pittsburgh and this is among one of the best I have been to. In terms of what they got the answer is everything, they have a list of speciality ramens they have created but you can create your own with that ever you want and your only limited by your own imagination. They have a variety of booths and all of them were excellent the appetizers were good with the seaweed salad and the chicken being real standouts. This place has coke products in regards to soda but also had a cooler full of lots of other drinks in cans you can order as well which for me meant an iced oolong tea from the cooler. In regards to how it feels inside it's a decent size but it feels very very intimate the lighting is nice Edison style lighting that is actual incandescent and not those poor LED imitations. The bathroom was average but clean enough. Overall this is an absolute gem on a road full of great places to eat and you would miss out on one of the best on the block if you did not stop at least once.

Always delicious. Awesome ramen bowls, delicious fried chicken, and fabulous egg rolls. Ramen Bar has been knocking it out of the park since it opened as one of the areas first dedicated ramen joints. And lovely sidewalk seating too when the weather is nice.
