It's a nice little relaxing place to sit and drink your tea or coffee. I specifically went for the Boba tea and it was perfect! However the customer service could improve, the guy I had at the register wasn't too friendly. He seemed like he was more interested in getting back to his lap top that he was on before I came up to the register, because I didnt even get a hi, how are you? In general though with today's customer service doesn't surprise me...

First time at a tea house & this place is very neat. The tea selection was plentiful & there are a variety of cozy nooks to enjoy your tea. We shared the Iron Goddess of Mercy oolong tea & brought some home. We’ll definitely return with friends & family

One of the best masala chai's I have had outside of south Asia. They know how to make a nice strong flavorful tea. Highly recommend. Service guy was pretty rude but at least the tea was good

It's one of my favorite places to go for a nice relaxing evening. The tea menu is very extensive, and there are lots of yummy food options as well. Plus the staff is super kind and happy. Strongly recommend this place!

Great service, wide food and tea options, cozy location, street parking/walk there. It can be cheap but can also rack up if you've got a hungry stomach haha

A hidden gem in Pittsburgh. I have been coming here for years and it is an unbeatable experience. The staff is incredible, the teas are very fresh and authentic. I could genuinely spend hours here and vibe with the great aesthetic and relaxing soundtrack.

This was the first tea house I've ever tried, and it set the bar high! I enjoyed sifting through the extensive menu and learning about teas I've never even heard of. The surroundings are very cozy and add to the tea experience. The servers are specially trained and always have answers to the many questions you're bound to have about the choices. As for food, I only got to try some of their baklava, which was fantastic, but cannot comment on anything else. Definitely stop by if you're looking for a place to get some laptop work done, or if you just need a getaway with caffeine.

Lovely little find with a great tea selection. This is also a great place for people looking to learn more about different teas. We also enjoyed the hummus and veggie plate.

Wonderful tea spot. They have an extensive tea menu and seem to do their very best to keep things authentic and present them in the best possible way. Great atmosphere. Places to hide and sip on something by yourself, as well as plenty of bigger areas to game or share something with friends. Light fare is available. Unique options.
