Justin our server was fantastic and went above and beyond for our first visit ever! Food was amazing—even my kid old enjoyed the Brussel sprouts and asparagus! The deep dish nachos were a table favorite. We will definitely return!!

BJ’s is a solid experience overall. Lots of options, service is good, and the place is very modern. Not sure if it is worth the price since it is a little bit like Applebees…but it’s a good choice for large groups as they have many options.

Group made a decision after a movie to stop for a quick bite. Was pleasantly surprised.
Upon arrival, booth seating for 4 around 3pm on a Sunday was provided in less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Food service was on point.
Salads were fresh and as expected. We ordered a house and the Asian.
BBQ Sliders were very tasty. Sauce was very good. Made the taste buds happy with the one bite. 😋
Ordered the fried dumplings as well. They went very fast. 🥟🥟
Calamari was ok. Some pieces were a little gummy but our guest loved them. Breading was medium and not extremely heavy.
Burgers here were fire🔥and were very good. Fries were fresh.
Enjoyed the breaded chicken sandwich as well.
Wings were good with the special sauce. They were mild with a Buffalo sauce drizzled on them.
Beef dip sandwich was okay. Husband took it home and wanted to doctor it up a little.
Waitress was helpful and provided beer samples to my husband who had been indecisive on which one he wanted. This helped him decide. That was really sweet of her.
We had a very good visit here and left with full tummies after a great movie.

Justin was so attentive and always asked us if we were okay. I ordered the tri-tip and it was great. blue cheese dressing was awesome! my dad had the wings and they were really really good. we came during a rush and the staff handled the volume incredibly! We usually come here after traveling for the holidays and we will continue to come back! If you decide to come here, ask for Justin, truly a very caring industry professional.

Ordered a small deep dish pizza and the Spicy peanut chicken with soba noodles. The chicken dish was excellent, the pizza was okay. On the expensive side, but good.

Everyone was so nice. Especially our waiter Madison M. She was patient and helped us with a milk allergy solution for our dessert. Would definitely go back! Prices were very reasonable as well. Recommend d a reservation. We had one and went ahead of people waiting.

Food was great! Justin (server) was great. We broke a glass and Justin was super nice about it. He came back and asked how we doing a bunch and was great with suggestions when we didn’t know what to order. The menu has a great food and drink selection and I’d recommend going for lunch or dinner!

Very large menu. All the food we ordered was very good. I would say this is probably a good place to take children as there is also a decent kids menu. Large selection of drinks and beer available. Typically not a wait to get in. Mondays have live music in the courtyard out front. Would definitely recommend, and we will be going back.

We went to the March beer dinner and it was fantastic! The evening ran so smoothly and the food was delicious. All of the staff were super friendly, especially Kim, and made the night fun. We’ve gone to a couple of the beer dinners at the South Hills location, but definitely prefer the McCandless one. Their timing of serving food and beer was much better and the environment was great. We’ll definitely be making our next beer dinner reservations for this location!

Lots of variety, went with a party of 6: 4 adults 2 kids, everyone could find something that suited their needs (small plates, meatless, picky eaters). Service was good, Justin was very attentive, asked if we needed anything and how everything was several times. He did let us know that it would be a minute as he had to get orders for his other tables, when we first sat down, but that he had started the kids on their appetizers (bread and fruit) and they would be right out.

Always a good time at BJs. Brought back some gluten free that was MIA for a while. Their beer is pretty good. Deep pizza has a solid crust with great carmelization. The tuna tacos were reasonably healthy and filling, and tasty. And good Lord, the pizookie... worth the calories. They are super good. Friendly staff. Right next to South Hills Village so solid location, and lots of parking. Place can get busy. Will go back.

I go to this restaurant chain a lot. I LOVE their tri-tip, ribs, mashed potatoes, and caesar salad. I rarely ever have a bad server. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 for one experience I had in which my bill should've been taken care of at the restaurant but cooperate ended up contacting me and doing it instead. Though that moment customer service wasn't 5 of 5 at that time, I'm happy they reached out and agreed my bill should've been taken care of. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars if I could! This was only 1 serious incident that was an accident. Please remember that just because someone doesn't throw a tantrum or cause a scene, that it doesn't mean you don't treat them the same way you would a mean customer.
