What a cute little bakery! A fantastic variety of homemade in-house sweets and treats! You could actually view the baking area through an open window, which I took a little video of, so you could see yourself. There was not too much action back there at the moment, we were there, but I’m sure if you’re in there at the right time you could see some amazing donuts being pushed through.
Grandview Bakery made my wedding cake and it was perfect!!! My husband and I tried a lot of cake and Grandview was the most delicious near Mount Washington by far, plus the decorations were gorgeous. The prices were beyond reasonable, the staff was lovely to deal with, and they were even able to bake us a second cake with the same flavors and decorations for our bigger party the next week! The cake might have been our favorite part of our whole wedding :) (also - in the second picture, the cake looks cracked because of us, not the bakery)
Grandview Bakery is a lovely bakery with a plentiful variety of items both sweet and savory. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The prices are reasonable. I bought several items for others in my party, and they were thoroughly enjoyed. Street parking as well as a metered parking lot right across the street come in handy too in case you don't live nearby.
So please with the service, price, and products! A half dozen was the perfect treat to share with the family, definitely stop in if you are ever up in Mt. Wash for the day. Highly recommend. We had coconut cream, maple, blueberry, and fruity pebble--all great.
Coming from out of state, we wanted to find a plate with sweet treats. Everything was so delicious! We bought cookies, mini cheesecakes, Buckeyes, cannolis, muffins, cupcakes, you name it!
Grandview Bakery is the BEST and the only bakery in Pittsburgh you need!
I contacted Grandview to get custom cakes made for a special occasion. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them to accommodate a different cake pan amongst all their other available desserts, but and they didn't hesitate to help.
They were unbelievably helpful at all points, the cakes were delicious and amazingly decorated, and they even followed up later to see how the event went.
Grandview went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and as a result, will be the only bakery I go to from now on!

The best cakes ever! Light and light buttercream icing. The staff is very kind. Their individual treats are very good as well the peanut butter cookies are my favorite.
Lovely bakery right in Mount Washington. We have been using their services for 5 years and they never disappoint. Pastries and cakes are always lovely dressed, fair prices, and a wonderful staff. Very happy this is in our back yard.
