I never been to a restaurant that mostly served variations of meatballs and sauce. It was quite crowded due to the events gong on downtown. Food came out fast and tasty with dipping sauce that was just too good to describe. I really appreciated the fancy jugs of water they brought out to the table for quick refills.

Grabbed a quick bite to eat before the pens game & it was so yummy! I went hear a few years back and thought it was just okay, but after coming again with their updated menu I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. The meatballs were so yummy and flavorful and moist. Before they were so dry I could barely cut into the ball, but that’s no longer the case.
I don’t have dietary restrictions, but I see that they have both gluten free & vegan options which is a must in 2023.
Whatever they’re doing they are doing RIGHT!!! I can’t wait to take my boyfriend here I know he’ll love it just as much as I did!!

We just had an unexpectedly great evening at Emporio. It was cold and raining outside so we decided to warm up with some apps and drinks. One of our group said they saw the awesome reviews of sienna’s meatballs on a news segment and so we dropped in to check it out. We ended up staying a lot longer than expected due to the great food and tasty beverages. The dip trio and arancini apps were a great and quick opener to whet our appetites! Light and delicious! My personal favorites from the menu were the dirty bird (think Thanksgiving in a wrap)and the beef smash. The dirty bird brought all the warmth we needed with tender turkey and gravy soaked mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. While the beef smash was a marinara coated delight that chased any remnants of the wet chill we still felt after the dirty bird. They definitely need to think about keeping the dirty bird on the menu full time!!

Stopped by for lunch on a business trip. I will dream about the thanksgiving turkey ball bowl for the rest of my life. But seriously is was great. Fried cheese curds we’re good too. Would def recommend!

Our first time here and it was good all around. Our server DJ made sure we were well taken off and explained the menu options when we had a ton of questions. Highly recommend this place and DJ!

I can’t say enough about the amazing flavor of my meal here. Both sauces I tried were fantastic, and paired well with the various meat options. And the Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly, just a little crispy (in a good way) and seasoned to be really flavorful. I was here on business, but if I had the chance I’d easily eat here again.

Recently we stopped in for dinner I tried the loaded potato meatballs and enjoyed them very much I highly recommend trying them, my father got spicy chicken meatballs they weren’t very good and tasted rough / gritty wouldn’t recommend. There was about a 20mins wait to be seated and it then took over 45mins for our waitress to take our drink orders not even our food orders that took another 20mins. I felt bad for staff though there was only one lady taking everyone’s orders and at one point she dropped a tray of glasses and cleaned it all herself, on the way out I asked another waitress possibly bar tender how her night was and she said not the best so hopefully they find more staff they are seemingly very understaffed. If you are staying at the hotel across the street this restaurant is worth a try.

This is one of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh. I love the vegetarian meatballs! I have gone here various times. If you are looking for somewhere to eat after a show or sports event, this is the place to go.

Went for the first time. Wife had pizza meatballs and liked it. Said good , nothing special. I had pork and beef meatballs. I liked the spicy pork but the beef was over cooked and dry. I had mine over penne pasta with marinara. I was surprised to find out they don't give any bread with a meatballl dish. Im Italian and that must've been the first time i had to do that. I asked about that, and found i could've ordered some bread. Im not against having to pay for it i guess but ask me when I'm ordering in case i don't know. Good atmosphere, good waitress (katelyn), decent food. Just could use a little more care. Prices are ok, but you order everything separate so it can add up. (Bread, salad, cheese, etc.)

Really liked the unique look of the place and the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and accommodating to my GF needs and explaining things since it was our first visit to this resturant. If I had one complaint, it would be that the menu never stated that your house cocktail sauce was very spicy. I did have some issues after eating what little I did. Overall though the food was excellent and I'm so hooked on the tomato basil risotto. We would come back again and bring friends.

started out as an after work happy hour spot -- always a great selection on tap. and has evolved into our go-to pre-/post-show gathering place. great location within walking distance of theaters. food is delicious + the menu and atmosphere is kid-friendly.

The waiter was very friendly & attentive. The Parmesan Herb fries...the best, they give you a very healthy portion��. I'd go back just for those, truly enjoyed my salad. I didn't have any meatballs but those who did had no complaints.

We had an amazing time. Our server Keaton wa so attentive to our needs and know what to recommend. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was on point. I have traveled and lived all of the world and I am glad that Pittsburgh has stepped into the foodie arena. I look forward to coming back and trying more options available on the menu!

I went here for a belated birthday dinner was reffered from a friend. The food was great from start to finish. You definitely get enough food that's for sure. Our waitress was so nice and even brought me a birthday treat. The manager stopped by our table and was so nice talked to us for about 5 minutes. I will definitely go back!!

We celebrated National Meatball Day here! Our table had chicken balls, beef balls, cod balls, spicy balls, veggie balls, gnocchi, tots w/government cheese, parm brussels sprouts, Italian salad, and a few margaritas! Everything was delish!

The food was excellent. Because you make your own combos of meatball type and sauce, you could easily eat here all the time and not get the same thing twice. I had beef with tomato cream sauce and pork wth "crack" sauce (ranch with hot sauce). Both were excellent. Also had the Brussels sprouts which were tasty.

The waitress asked me what the drink was and I had to explain it to her and still did not receive what I asked for. A Tom Collins is a staple drink and for the establishment to not know what the drink was is an embarrassment; The food was excellent however.

Great place. Really good service. Mezzorita fabulous and the Angry Birds bowl...yummy! I suggest underordering since portions are generous. My only complaint was that the No Wait App said there was no wait but when we arrived there was a 25-35 minute wait.

My first time there and my friend recommended it. Arrived at the 4:00 happy hour and we sat at the bar. Dustin our bartender was very nice and very attentive. We had the poutine with tater tots, the buffalo chicken balls, and then I had the Angry Birds. Everything was SO excellent! I will definitely return during my next visit to Pittsburgh.
