The lobster roll was amazing! All pure lobster and not one drop of disgusting mayo! Kevin was the best waiter! We'll be back!

This was our first time at this place. The atmosphere was very welcoming and exciting. The service was great. The food was good. The only problem I have is that it took the soup and an hour to get to me other than that it was outstanding we would definitely be back here again.

This is the place to go for seafood, brunch & an overall great time. Fun & lively atmosphere is matched by the great service and food! Our waiter, Ian, was spot on with recommendations & prompt efficient service! We enjoyed wonderful Bloody Mary’s and delicious fresh oysters along with the most amazing lobster 🦞 nachos! The lobster roll didn’t disappoint either. Very generous portions accompanied by tasty hot frites. We had a fabulous brunch. Definitely check this place out next time you venture to the Strip District.

The wait wasn’t bad and service was quick. However, was hoping the lobster 🦞 roll would be better! It’s nothing like what we had in Boston 😞but they were not stingy with the lobster in it. Pizza was very good though. Staff were friendly here

Food was really good. I had the NE clam chowder/hot lobster roll and my wife had the spicy crab chowder/seafood stew. Portions were great. Our server was really nice. The only issue was that my lobster roll came out almost 20 minutes before my wife's entree. That means I had to go ahead and eat without her as my food was already starting to cool off after about 10 minutes. Otherwise, we were both very happy with our meals. Good beer selection as well. Would return

Rolands had a great atmosphere with super friendly staff. I told myself I wanted to try something new and, for some reason, never liked mussels. I saw it on the menu (specifically a Mexican street corn flavor) and really wanted to try it. I'm so glad I did! Each mussel was cooked to perfection and tasted very well with the provided sauce. It made me really happy to try them, and they sure made me full! My wife got a salmon salad, and it was cooked extremely well. It had a lot of great veggies in it, and the salmon was nice and a little blackened. Altogether, it is a great restaurant to eat at while visiting Pittsburgh!

While exploring the strip for a good meal and beer, I happened upon Roland's Seafood Grill, and I'm glad I did. The establishment had a welcoming atmosphere, and a friendly bartender quickly greeted me upon seating myself at the bar. They offered a few samplers to aid in my beer selection, which was a nice touch. I ultimately went with the Tröegs Hopora IPA—an excellent choice. I paired my drink with their wood-fired meat trio pizza, which was delicious. I nearly finished the entire pie! The staff's hospitality and the high-quality food and drink make Roland's a place I would gladly revisit. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Seafood was delicious. Chicken wings were cooked just right and not over cooked chewy and was pretty large size, overall fantastic. Service was great. Its a great place to dine in overall

We went here for dinner on Saturday after our daughter’s graduation from Duquesne University. AJ was our server and she was amazing, speedy, efficient and hilarious with her quick wit and humor! 😂 And the food - SUPER AMAZING! Our graduate ordered the seafood stew - chock full of tender, perfectly cooked shellfish and fish, and the broth was out of this world! The salads are huge and crisp, my husband got the nachos and the plate was piled high with a hefty assortment of nachos, chicken, and other culinary delights. My son and I ordered the lobster roll and it was better than any we’d ever had, felt like we were on the docks in Maine. The lobster was sweet and succulent, surrounded by a crispy Texas style buttery toasted roll. The grilled asparagus was seasoned very well and crunchy and tasty! Our other daughter ordered the lobster bisque, it’s a huge bowl, creamy and brimming with sweet lobster. Roland’s does not skimp on their portions or the amount of seafood in any given dish. The atmosphere is exciting, and a little loud, but it was perfect for our celebratory vibe! You come here to have fun, and there is no shortage of that! Will definitely return!

Roland's is a great place with a fantastic, rustic atmosphere, very friendly staff, good portion sizes of delicious plates - they're particularly known for their seafood and the lobster rolls are my personal favorite. Large selection of beers and cocktails available, generously poured. Big tv screens to watch sports. If you come on Tuesdays, the Irish bartender, John, is an absolute legend. He will definitely make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Happy to come back anytime!
