My friends and I ended up here for brunch after the place we were wanting to go was closed. We were sat immediately which was surprising for a Saturday.
Our server was lovely and very attentive with keeping our drinks filled.
My food was pretty good and everyone else at my table was pleased with theirs as well.
We ended up here because of their "bottomless" mimosas. The mimosas were good, I just wish it was actually bottomless and didn't stop at 15.
Overall a great spot for brunch!

Service was great for a Friday Night. Bar holds about 25-30 people but have seating for around 120. Tvs all around, plenty of drinks to choose from. Food is ok, but have plenty of choices. We will definitely come back!

Excellent grilled cheese choices, but can be inconsistent. I ordered the "mother of dragons" grilled cheese a few times over the years and the quality seems to vary like the size of the chicken, toppings, and grill of the bread. You can see by the pictures that the bread is not grilled very well. The food at this place is also not healthy at all since everything is very rich. The chips and soup that come with the grilled cheese are very good. The worst problem is the noise. You can barely hear the server when trying to order.

Food was pretty good. Good portion sizes and tasty. It’s greasy, but that’s expected when you order the menu items we did. Service was a bit disorganized.

The brunch is only served on weekends. The burger is good, but the chip on the side is not my thing. Associate is kind. Atmosphere is good that it’s good to come here with friends.

Great brunch spot with all you can drink mimosas for 15 and all you can drink/make your own bloody Mary bar for $18 I think? Lots of great brunch options that were very good. Waitress was super kind and helpful. Food was very yummy and definitely hit that brunch craving everyone had. It gets busy here but definetly check it out when you can!

I got the smash burger and chips, my wife got the imperial pig (pulled pork bbq flatbread). It was all really good! Our waitress was a sweetheart, the hostess was not. She was fine to us, but we sat near the hostess counter and heard the way she was talking to people, not too kind.

Fun for a pop in at the bar. Grab a drink and a dessert before or after a show! The snicker pie was phenomenal.

This was our first time visiting the Yard. The food was decent. Lots of grilled cheese options! The beer list is really good, even if you’re a beer aficionado like me. Our server was very nice and attentive. My only problem with the place was that the tables seemed pretty beat up, and they really need to up their music playlist. The Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls mix didn’t seem to fit the vibe! But all else was great.

AHHH-MAZING!
I had two flights. 😄
They were both delicious! I discovered beer back in 2019 (well, other beers outside of Miller Lite), and flights have been my favorite since then. A chance to try many versions of beer without having to consume an entire glass.
The flight without the labeling was a pineapple beer, hazy IPA, hard cider, and something else I don't remember. All four drinks were DEE-LICIOUS. 10/10 recommend 👌🏿

ps: I've been here in the past for food, and that was good too :) I didn't get any food this time.

Great spot for happy hour - drinks and appetizers! The mac and cheese balls were a show stopper. The impossible burger was tasty. Their ranch was on point. Try it out!

I really enjoyed my experience at this place. I came in here after a Pittsburgh Pirates' game about a month ago.
You had to walk up some stairs to get to the bar.
Since I was not that hungry, I just ordered a mixed drink and a beer, both of which were quite good. All of the food that was being served to other people all looked really good though.
They had a good variety of both foods and drinks on their menu.
It also had a pretty nice vibe. It was very clean and the waitress was friendly and attentive.
Overall, this was a very nice bar. Even though I did not eat here, I do recommend this place.

Excellent food choice in downtown Pittsburgh. Their draft selection is amazing and their food was exquisite. Tried it for the first time last night, our server Corinne was a total sweetheart! Great service, food and drinks!!!

30 min wait, they text you when table is ready. I had Hall of Fame grilled cheese, Slap ya mama. Good but messy. Came with small taste of tomato soup which is homemade and chips. We didn't care for the chips as they were hard and greasy almost as if they were double fried. Pretzel appetizer was very good.

Dani was our server and she was the best! She was so personable and attentive to our table even in a busy rush due to the Steeler game. She makes the yard the great place it is. I will 100% be coming back for Dani!

This place was really good. We had the perogies n’at grilled cheese which was so good. We got the chips and salad as a side. My daughter had plain grilled
Cheese and waffle fries. The chips and waffle fries were nothing to write about not bad nor special they just were. But the Perogies n’at was very good.

Our waiter was attentive and friendly, so points for that. My meal, however...
I expected more of a $12 plate of chicken and waffles sliders than the form-pressed processed half-step-up from On-Cor frozen chicken patties I was served. I would think a so-called gastro-pub would serve fresh, quality food.
The pretzels were half-decent, though.

My family loved this place! If you have kids in the city, this restaurant is great! Great selection of beer and wine, food is yummy and unique and the service is awesome! If you get to have Drew as your waiter you are in for a treat.🌟😁🖤💛

While I have to say I did not like my sandwich I do believe that it wasn't the sandwich it was me, I went out a limb and tried something totally different the mac and cheese grilled cheese looked absolutely amazing. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest she was downright rude at times, but the blonde lady who sat us and got us our drinks was so sweet and very kind she made up for the poor service from the waitress. All in all great place and if I'm ever in Pittsburgh again I'll be back for the mac and cheese grilled cheese!

Hung out with the bartender, Jason, for the past 5 hours. He was the man! We traded stories and he made us custom drinks. It was definitely the place for us to be. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for out of towner’s to hang out. Exactly what we were looking for!

Food is priced alright considering it is delicious. I got the short rib mac n cheese and opted for tator tots. The food didn't take too long to come out but my money was thoroughly wasted on bottomless mimosas. The waitress wasn't as attentive. We had 9 in our party. I make the suggestion of allowing pitchers on tables with larger parties or perhaps having one person solely to walk around with a pitcher doing refills. That part of the meal was a waste of money. .

Went to The Yard for brunch and it was amazing!!! Our hostess Gabby seated us as soon as we got there and was very nice. Our waitress was Audra was amazing too. She took our order promptly and it was so good. That was my first at The Yard and I will definitely go back I’d like to try one of there gourmet grilled cheese. Again the service was excellent. I can’t wait to go again!!!!
