Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza and breadsticks and the pizza tasted like pure salt, I literally had to spit out the first bite. The marinara sauce with my breadsticks did not give a pleasant smell when opened and seemed to be way past being good (and taste confirmed this). The breadsticks were not horrible in taste just stale... GO TO DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHN'S DOWN THE STREET

When I went to pick up my pizza, I sat at the drive up window for at least 5 minutes while employees walked back and forth past it, not acknowledging that I was even there. When the worker eventually came to the window, she explained that they had been working on an issue and that she could now help me. This is not the first time that this has happened at this store. If you are having an issue, instead of ignoring the person sitting at the window, greet them, then explain that there is an issue and they will get right back with you. This does not take very long and makes the customer feel like they are not being ignored.

I think this place would be better if they got rid of one of their rude employees! The workers are normally nice and/or civil but this one middle age woman (I think her name is Jennifer?) is so loud and rude, not only to customers but in the background to other employees! On top of the attitude, she even got my simple order wrong! This is just my experience but I hope management fixes the problem or else employees like this will run the store into the ground!
