Jack In The Box

they have messed up the last few orders in the past.. the first time it was missing items.. the second time it was the wrong food.. this time i ordered loaded tiny tacos and got only the tacos no thing else no sauce nothing. Plus when I was counting the items in drive thru due to the past issues. The guy was just looking at me so I told him sorry But they forgot some of my items in the past He told me " we are all team leaders here we don't mess up". I used to love this place and kept giving them chances but come on.

Came here today just to order a regular number #21 with an orange juice. Boy let me tell you the customer service is spectacular here. The 2 guys that take orders and charge serve the best experience I’ve ever experienced quality service. This is definitely my best place to come and I’m definitely looking to come back here soon :)

Came here today just to get a regular Medium Size Coke. Let me tell you the customer service was amazing. The 2 guys that work in the front during the mornings every weekend that take orders and chagre, serve the best customer I ever had. I mean quality service I say! Very funny,caring and respectful young men honestly would defiently recommed this place and sure plan on coming here once again!!!!! :) KEEP UP THE WORK!!!!

Took very long and order wasn't complete. Further more I think the car in front of me was given my orde. Because they had them back the bag and given just a soda in return. And when I pulled up I was given my bag right away. Usually it takes a few seconds to collect your payment and then give your bag after . Never right as u pull up they hand your bag as your trying to pay them. I believe I got what was left of my order after the customer took out half my order and keep it. Not good on many levels.

This Jack in the box doesn't meets their standards. I have ordered a southwest chicken salad "crispy" for lunch, it came with a fork only, No knife, No napkins and No corn sticks. I asked for it the person gave it in a very polite manner with a apology. But when. I came home and chow down my meal it had " a hair and rotten lettuce leafs". Please check your orders for any missing items which you paid for. I hope I don't get food poisoning this Christmas eve.
