Del Taco

I used to love del taco, it tasted better and was not as pricey as Taco Bell. And the employees really seemed to value their job and customers. There aren't many locations of del taco in the bay area and it makes sense b/c del taco is a SoCal based brand. So to have Del Taco, its about a 45 - 50 minute drive. If's too bad that the Del Taco location in the Bay Area doesn't care about their customers, their jobs or their poor customer service. For this location, they've lost a customer (which probably doesn't mean much to them) ~ which is sad! I was charged double the amount of what my meal should have cost and after discovering the error, I contacted corporate right away. Both replies stated that the management of the restaurant would be contacting me and both times they did not. I eventually had the overcharge handled by my bank. Like I said, no one cares about their customers at this location. To double charge me for my order and not try to rectify it, is selfish and inconsiderate. Its been a month since making my initial inquiry about the overcharge, and still no response has been received, and I even contacted them a second time and still no contact to refund my $$.

Came here for first time to try their food. Got a kids meal with burger fries milk and toy for $6...I also got a flatbread taco and the bite size donut? ...total was around $12...the taco was ok, the donuts reminded me of the super donut but wayyy more oil and sugar on outer side but the worst was the burger...the bread was dry and basically expired, the meat was dry and disgusting ...my son took a few bites then complained...hes 3 and knew something wasnt right...if i had went anywhere else i wouldve gotten better fast food for less...gave 2 stars because taco wasnt bad and they had a play place.
