Mediocre at best. Only five flavors to choose from at noon on a Saturday. Lemon was dry, Red Velvet decent, Oreo was stale, Pumpkin barely a trace of flavor, and the bread pudding very ordinary. Their signature Pancakes and Bacon was good. Don't know how this was voted best cupcakes in the Bay Area.

This place wow!!!!!! Last week my wife picked up a couple sandwiches due to their close proximity to our bank. I will have to say that was the BEST BLT Sandwich I have ever had. Topping it off she brought some cupcakes back to the office as well. The whole office and crew raved about the desserts. Definitely will be on our weekly lunch rotation.

Super disappointed with this store. I went there 2 weeks before my daughter's 1st bday and I ordered nothing extraordinary, I got everything from their menu. I was told someone will call me the following day to confirm my order. It's been 4 days and counting. No call. I called them to follow up and the person who answered the call advised me to order somewhere else since they haven't called me yet. WOW. Never heard that excuse before. I even reached out to one of their social sites and still no response. If you call them, good luck, their voicemail is full and you can't even leave a message. It's just sad that one of the few local business that you want to support is operating like this. I don't think they even deserve 1 star.

Amazing place obviously popular I've seen it grow. And take over the once actually semi historic pirate cove. Witch was a very almost sentimental place knowing it was practically the schools own yogurt place sorta in a way. Anyways they removed the tart flavor and there yogurts are beyond too sweet and expensive. There sandwiches although are a must, go for the Pittsburg Chick.

I ordered a cake last year as was very satisfied however I requested a cake order a couple of weeks in advance via their website and assumed it went through. I tried to following up and was told by several workers who took my messages down that I would get a call from the owner/manager. My husband went in prior to my online request for a cake to order in person and they would not take the order and instead insisted he do a online request. I called to follow up again since it seemed strange that I have not heard anything from them a week prior to the date I ordered come to find out their website order request form has not been working for a couple of weeks which they found out when I started having trouble and I informed them. I was then asked to submit a request to a different email because the owner was not able to access the website order request forms submitted. I had to call to follow up because no one bothered to call me to be told 5 days prior to the date I needed the cake that they can not fulfill my request. I'm disappointed with there customer service because no one bothered to follow up with me after I obviously attempted several times to get a hold of someone and get a answer. The product is great but the customer service is mediocre at best. So order at your own risk.
