My wife & I were on railroad visiting some friends and we were in the mood for some ice cream!! We decided to check out our baskin robbins and lo and behold Big Man (the gentleman who also works there with Togo as well) was there!! Once again he proved to us with utmost haste that Big Man is here to guarantee top notch service as well as helping us indulge in one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend Big Man for the baskin robbins side of business. Big Man is similar to a ballerina with the way he gracefully bounced from serving a togo's customer then to us with a happy and upbeat greeting. 5/5! Again, my wife & I recommend Big Man for great service!!!

No one was working the Baskin Robbins counter. This location has a Togos sandwich shop as well. I asked for a sample and the lady said they don’t do that. I was okay with that if they let me buy it and return it if I didn’t like the ice cream, but they said no. Not good.

Update: New guy working here with awesome customer service. I noticed every time I come here he greets everyone that comes in & leaves regardless if people acknowledge him or not.
Tall white guy medium length hair, gives off a stoner vibe. He always gets mines & all my nephews & nieces, who ever I come with (we come in packs) orders right. And for that, THANK YOU STONER DUDE!🤞🏼🙌

Shares facilities with a Togo's. Employees effort and focus is evidently Togo's. Went in 2:30 for an ice cream cake, the freezers were empty and locked. Togo's counter bright and busy, Baskin Robbins ice cream variety and offering were very limited.

I would give them 0 star if I could. They cheat on the bills. We got single scoop but the lady who covers her hair charged us for double scoop. Check your receipt before you leave. I called so many times to report to them when I got home but they don't pick up the phone. WHAT A SCAM

Probably one of the worst Baskin-Robbins in the area. It's the middle of the day and they had ran out of most essential products. The area is so sketchy, I much rather go the long way to the one on Century Blvd.

Ice cream is my weakness. I absolutely love the cappuccino blast's. It's a cool pick me up before work. The hot fudge sundae & banana splits are the perfect ending to a night out. There's nothing wrong with sneaking out (with or without the kids) for a scoop or cone, especially in this heat!
