I was in the area for volunteer work and I knew I have to make a quick detour to grab something from Blue Saigon. I ordered their garlic noodles with candy fried wings. The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if you're in the area... or even an hour-ish away!

We got the California fries with shaking beef candy prawns no green onions, and candy fried chicken with garlic noodles. So much flavor and cooked perfectly!

Update: 3 stars because the quality of service. On multiple occasions i’ve gone there. Each time the person taking my order is less than enthusiastic or even has an attitude. Including phone orders. If they answer.

I can't believe I have never been to this place!! I wanted to try something new and went to Blue Saigon. The candy chicken wings are THE BOMB!! BBQ pulled pork fries are amazing.. the Lumpia and dipping sauce makes you not want to share because it's so good! Lol
The wait that everyone refers to is correct... it's about 25 minutes but the order was perfect and delicious!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

These are not tiger pawns these are shrimp I’m done what happened to the butterfly pawns I just spent 15 dollars for some curl up shrimp bring back the old cooks I want my money back it’s not nasty the noodles just dry as hell and a lot of salt

Now you guys know how much I love local businesses right? Blue Saigon is no different. This place mixes your favorite dishes with an Asian twist. From the outside this place might not look like much, but trust me, I've heard rumors that the owner is looking to expand its storefront & that it might even have karaoke?! What?! Yes. But for now let's stick to what this place is & has.
The store is tiny but not to worry, there's a lot to love. The cashiers & cooks are ready to help you with any of your questions regarding their food. & if you don't want to sit & wait, call in to pick up your order.
They even have some cool drinks on deck for you as well as boba.
Looking for a recommendation? Ask them! Or take my opinion on the sisig fries, warrior dog & of course the chicken wings (all very unique flavors if I may say so myself). BUT how could I forget the beloved Filipino favorite, the lumpia - a crispy, egg roll like item but better.

They took my order and I waited for over 39 minutes and still had no food, so I asked them how soon the food would be ready and they asked for 5 more minutes. After another five minutes with no food I asked for a refund ending up going to Popeyes. They had been better in the past. Hope service improves.
