Outback Steakhouse

The Caesar salad we ordered for delivery was so sparse you could see the bottom of the container. I thought maybe it was someone’s “doggie bag” salad sent by accident but it had a small container of salad dressing. The dressing was supposed to be Caesar salad dressing, of course. Instead it was overwhelming loaded with pepper! It was so strong I could only eat the pieces that didn’t have dressing on it. Very disappointed Outback-you used to be a favorite.

Came here mid Jan. 2022 for a nice dinner to celebrate our sons birthday. We walked in and it was colder inside than outside! After asking the waiter & hostess 3 times if the heater was on and not getting a definite answer, I walked to the bar and asked the bar tender if she knew if the heater could be turned on or if it was broken. She said she'd check. Finally, over half way through our dinner, freezing, bundled up in our jackets, you can hear the heater turn on. It was so uncomfortable sitting in the cold trying to enjoy our meal. Why on earth wouldn't you turn on the heater in the middle of winter?! Poor employees had to freeze inside all day? It was about 730pm.. Next time, we'll just leave if it's freezing like inside, and go eat at a different nearby restaurant. My son ordered a meal that ended up being too spicy for him. They were nice and let him order something else.
