This Burger King was quick and precise when it first opened. But now it moves at a snails pace. I had a Mobile order and I sat in line for 20 minutes only to be asked to come inside. There I stood an additional 10 minutes.
This place is a joke and they need to do better The Pinson Burger King should close their doors. Its the slowest store I've ever seen. It takes you hours to get your food and the service is horrible. The manager should be fired as their ratings have dropped. I'll never order from this pos store again.

You’d think being 1 of 3 open drive-thru restaurants in the area they’d have some sort of speed but it seems like wait times take longer every time I come here. Not sure if the headsets are working, I came here a few days ago and there was a sign saying they were broken and you’d need to come inside to order. Today sat at the speaker for 5-10 minutes with no one answering so we drove up and ordered at the window. Ordered an icee only to be told the machine is in “defrost” and they also have no ice cream/milkshakes available - not hard to print out a sign for either.

Went in the drive thru close to closing time tonight and was waited on by SHANE. He was very pleasant Even with the difficult order he kept a kind attitude thru it all. Thank you Pinson Burger King for finally getting a manager with great customer service.

We ordered a 16 ounce frozen drink and they gave us a 8 ounce drink and it took way too long for 3 CHEESEBURGERS. They messed up our orders as well. They are VERY slow and there was us and 2 other people and we waited about 15-20 minutes for our food.

Could not get answer on drive thru speaker. Finally pull around to window and was rudely told I should have ordered at speaker. Luckily I didn't order and pulled off as customer service reflects food quality

Could have been way better experience if the employees would have been a little better trained. Food was excellent but customer service was discrediting for the overall experience.

My food was pretty fresh and I didn’t have any issues with my order. I’m pretty likely to visit this location again.

Food was garbage, cold and looked like it was cooked 6 hours earlier. They were adamant about me moving forward, so corporate would see the actual time I waited for 4 cheeseburgers. I'd drive another 20 miles not have to go back to that one.
