Subway

This subway was tacky did not have my bread ranned out of that... Then said it was a turkey shortage lmao...so we couldnt get our youngest a turkey provelne.. Had to replace it with chicken... And shes picky... The bread was dry and the sandwiches was sloopy very dissatisfied customer... And untop of that the coupons was not working... I worked for safeway deli in Martinez back in the day... We took pride with our customers and time. And our customers kept coming back.

This LADY who prepared my captured TUNA & VEGGIE sandwich was a very nice, quick and lessoning to customers person. The subway branch comes with huge PARKING and a restroom for customers! To the manager/owner: I feels like this branch needs 1 more person since she was so busy taking care of all customers! I would recommends to anyone also try the TUNA & Veggie sandwich it’s amazingly delicious 😋

ZERO STARS! They get my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!!! They need new management and employees because this establishment is HORRIBLE!!! I only go here because it is right by my house. I went to the Hercules subway once and they were amazing! Get it together Pinole!!! I spend my money on this!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 VERY ANGRY!!

Customer service stinks, another customer was allowed to jump the line to pick up his online order as I waited patently to pick up my online order. Will never visit this establishment ever again. The server on Thursday 9-23 was helping ppl who called in orders ahead of current customer's.I waited in line for half an for the woman to serve 2 customer's. Then some others came in and she started filling thier orders ahead of others who had waited. She should have told them she couldn't do call ins because she was alone. This was easily the worst service I ever had at subway.

If you can avoid this location... please try too. The service here is horrible! I called in to place a pick-up order and they refused to take my order. They offered a link to use but I wanted to place the phone order and simply pick it up since I was on the way. I guess its this location's policy not to start any sandwiches. I called another location, Hilltop Plaza, 3800 Klose Way, Richmond, CA 94804... what a night/day experience. I simply called and gave the lady our order. She took the order, reviewed it and then asked how long I will be there. I told her I am on her way and her next response was... " I will start them right now"... I LOVE SIMPLE EASY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS! Go to the Hilltop Plaza location!

The employee running the store was by herself, and there was a line of 3 families. After 20 minutes of waiting, when it came to be my turn to order, she told me I had to wait another 20 minutes while she prepared an online order. She didn't care what I had to say, and turned her back on me to make her more important sandwiches. It was rude and seemed discriminatory. I left.

Went to the subway for lunch in Hercules. Oh my goodness. I was soooo dissapointed. People love subway im guessing for the bread or the specials...not really sure. I havnt had subway in years, but it was worse than making your own sandwhich which probably would have been delicious. Anyway the bread was solid as a rock both of our sandwhiches and we got diff bread. Condiments and spread scarce. Go to picknickeys, mikes, lees, safeway or lucky.
