My favorite of the donut chains. Good variety of flavors and helpful staff. Our go to place for donuts but Dunkin D has a better selection of food and coffee.

Excellent donuts in a professional environment. Well groomed employees make me feel good about purchasing product at this restaurant. Some seating available in lobby area. Wide variety of donuts. All the classics and great hours. I enjoy taking these donuts to corporate events and office staff appreciation day.

Light and fluffy donuts. Always a nice treat for my staff! I think their prices increased. I used to be able to get 2 dozen for about $20. This time, it was $30! Gotta look for those Groupon deals next time.

I don't think they make the donuts here. the ones I got didn't taste fresh and was pretty rock hard. The premium donuts that cost $1.49 more (mint with chocolate filling) looked awful with different shapes; they weren't even round! In fact they look like something from the reject pile.
The selection here is not as good as the one in Brentwood or Concord. But the staff here are really nice and friendly..

I love this place. Always very clean, customer service is friendly and helpful when selecting a variety of donuts and new donuts available.
The only set back is the parking lot is limited due to, "too" many stores in one small location. Not Krispy Kream's fault, buy the Planning Department of Pinole didn't count enough parking spaces for how many stores on in this center.

I like KKD's cause they got my favorite donuts. Although sometimes not each visit but it did happen last visit when staff keeps mentioning the savings if I bought two dozens worth. A half dozen is way too much already for me and now the pressure is on??? I politely accepted the savings. I hate myself when I always give in.

Went in at 1:30 and was almost out of everything! Only one apple fritter which tasted stale and a choice of glazed sour cream cake donut and glazed chocolate sour cream cake. That eas literally all they had . They all tasted awful . I have never walked into a Krispy Kreme and left upset . I am rarely one to review either but this was so bad.

Today was free doughnut day and it was a great experience. The employees were very nice and the store itself was also pleasurable to behold. Nothing about this place reminded me of the grimy local doughnut businesses I've come to love. I will keep coming here for doughnuts as long as it doesn't close down like the old one did years before.
