Outback Steakhouse

Not a overall positive experience, had 6pm reservation, plenty of open space but still waited 25min to be seated. Orders where not right with some of the sides. The outback style prime rib was great, kept waiting for a coffee refill but never happened. Then instead of splitting the orders like requested it came all on one tab.

I would like to start off by saying that the restaurant does deserve the five star rating that I gave to them. The tables were wipe down the benches were clean and the floor was swept. So when I first arrived, there was 2 customers in the head of me in the line. My party of (4) was seated fast. The server that was provided to us was so awesome once we placed our orders the food came out exactly the way that we ordered it..no mistakes were made.. the server was very attentive to our needs..he constantly kept checking on us... refreshing our glasses of water. The steak that I ordered was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection it also came with shrimp...the garlic mashed potatoes were so soft and garlicky... plus the wedge salad was delicious with slices of red onions, & red ripe baby tomatoes topped with crispy bacon bits...I chose ranch dressing versus the blue cheese. Any day would be a great day to visit that establishment. I'll make sure that we go back very soon preferably on a Sunday and hopefully we can get the same server that we had before he was truly a blessing for that business very knowledgeable... enjoy and Bon Appetit

Outback was a disgrace. First of all they should have shut down. They did not have enough waitresses or Waiters and the wait was out of this world. We had a party of 16 they could not accommodate us we waited two hours for a table. Other people with parties of 10 and 11 were being seated when we did finally get a table other people were seated after us they have been served their drinks and their orders have been taken while we're still sitting there like I said before after 2 hours of a wait. There was someone graduating at this is where she wanted to eat that's the only reason we waited. When we finally was able to order our food we was so upset that we ordered the food and walked out. I don't think I will ever ever go to this out back again. Like I said this was terrible. Now don't get me wrong Outback is good there are other out that was excellent outstanding service but this one was purely disgraceful

The food was good, the bread came nice and warm. I was so hungry. We had the boomarita drinks and it was the best ever. I got the steak and lobster 9oz steak the portion was small and my 9oz was way smaller than my daughter 9oz. We were able to sit on the balcony but indoor dining was open. For the sides the asparagus was not that great but the Cesar salad and fries were decent and my daughter got the three cheese back dip and it was good. My only complaint was the size of that Lobster.
