The employee that attended my family and I was very patient and had a good attitude. I read a bad review left by someone who clearly doesn’t have patience. Please have some patience with employees it’s not their fault to be running late. Justin did a good job with serving. Like you said he was the only one opening the store and it’s understandable of why the store was opening late.

This place reminded me just how bad frozen yogurt can be. Their product is overly sweet, with no creamy texture. It started to melt immediately - I don’t think their machines are cold enough. The young girl working the counter didn’t know which flavors were yogurt and which were ice cream. And they don’t even have lids so you can take it home. I’m going to keep looking.

This place gets a 3 stars from me not because of the employee but because she was by herself on a Saturday afternoon with no rain and 65 degree weather. This employee was amazing serving us but we had to wait 15 minutes because we had 11 people in front of us and 5 more behind us. Everything else was good 👍

I doordash my yogurt...I should support them, and go in myself but I'm just lazy. LOL I love Diana! Never met her but she has helped me more than 3 or 5 times after placing a doordash order because I make changes to the order and she is so darn pleasant,kind and very friendly. She never has an issue w my phone calls asking for changes to my orders....Yogurtland corp, I highly hope you show Diana love and support cause customer service don't get any better than her outstanding service. She is fantastic 😍 & She will go very far in the future. I never met her and she definitely knows my order on doordash. Just recently, she sent me the sweetest message on the buy one get one free card. TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER! Y'all lucky to have her in your establishment. I will come in personally soon and tip her in person. She deserves it.
