I give 5 stars for the ice cream 🍨 and 4 stars for customer service. Service can be improved. The Ice cream is the best there is I love the cold stone ice cream is my favorite ice cream parlor-the vanilla milkshakes are the best I have tasted and the cake batter yummy. I wish customer service was more happy I hope employees are getting paid well.

Horrible service still in line for about 30 minutes with no greeting and getting dirty looks from the employee behind the counter and was also talks very rudely after trying to give advice by one of the employees I’ve been going there since I was a child and have been bringing my child there since he was born and if the race eat ice cream but I will no longer be back in the store because of the disrespect I received I’d rather go all the way across the bridge not only did I receive the same horrible service but all other 5 to 6 people in line behind me also receive the same horrible service

I have been to this place numerous times. I got the mint ice cream, sweet cream ice cream, chocolate chips and marshmallows mixed together which was very good. The employees were nice. The way they set up their outside line is not safe. They only allow two or three customers inside at a time so the others have to wait outside. First reason it is unsafe is that there are no markers to stand on outside so you can’t be guaranteed that the other person in six feet away from you. Second reason is that some people in line did not understand how far six feet is and honestly I do not know were they have been. The line issue took out a star. I took a second star off because of the music they were playing. The music was very vulgar. Not suggesting that a young child come in here the day I was there. They would likely learn some new words. 😳 But the ice cream was good and the service was good.
