The food isn't too bad, I have enjoyed the few things that I have tried. The service also is very friendly. If you or anyone you know is interested in trying the Flocoe I would definitely recommend it, just don't go during lunch.
If people come in for lunch from the court house after you've ordered your food, they will get their food before you. I have spent an entire lunch in there without ever receiving food. That aside, I can't say anything negative about the place.
