Sauced

Ordered a simple pizza and had them deliver it. They were almost 50 minutes late getting it to my house, which is right down the street. My house is not hard to find and the numbers are blown up on the house. Refused to honor their 30 minutes late free policy or do any sort of accommodation at all. I was told I was being transferred to the manager 3 times to discuss accommodations, the last time after I waited on hold they just hung up. When I called back they said their manager actually wasn’t there (in the middle of the day). Therefore, I had been lied to about already being transferred to the manager or the manager did not want to do their job and played hookie. I was never rude to them on the phone so their rudeness directed towards a customer because of their own mistake says a lot about their customer service. May be in touch with corporate for their poor behavior.
