Burger King

Haven't been to this place in years. Had a bad reputation before and I made a mistake for giving it another shot years later. Trash pouring out of the trash can under an open cabinet. No ice. Cashier who took our order, "What else? What else?" We only saw one worker in their, and she wasn't very polite or welcoming at all. Nuggets hard as rocks. Fries were good? I'll never be back.

Drive thru ordering was fine. After I parked on the other side of the building as I was told to do, I was brought the wrong order. I then had to get out and go in and being disabled this was painful for me. After getting inside I told the lady about it and she got mad at me! Then took the orders she was filling and slammed them on the filling table spilling the food! Then after grumbling she asked me what I ordered and after quite a wait she handed it to me and walked away without speaking to me. I went home to eat and discovered the order was done wrong! I then had to drive all the way back to Burger King to get it corrected. The drive up man had the nerve to say that I ordered it that way and wasn't interested in fixing my order!! Needles to say, I didn't back down and he took the sack of food and irritability told me to wait on the other side. After a wait of 25 minutes they brought my order. I do not plan to patron this Burger King again. I hope nobody else has this bad experience.

This Burger King needs new employees to work drive through told the my order and got to the window paid for my stuff and didn't get my drink. Ask the lady she said you didn't ask for one, I told her I did she said I didn't hear you and I told her I needed one and she told me I couldn't get nothing at the window. So I will be going somewhere else I worked for burger King and we were never allowed to talk to customers like that.

Very rude manager my daughter went and got some food and they forgot my large union ring and called up there and her ok well they can turn back around and come and get it then .. We live in Colfax, Maybe they need to teach them to make sure everything is in the bag and attend to one customer at a time..
