Huddle House

Went in for a cup of coffee. Even though they were closing in the next 30 minutes, you would of never thought that with all of their positive and upbeat manners and attitude. Asked if I could get a couple of biscuits. Not only did she say that I could, but also recommended getting the biscuits with gravy. The biscuits and gravy were really good. Gave a to go tray if needed. Was an A+ experience.

So, the food here is pretty good for how inexpensive it is. When you want cheap breakfast food this is the place. I would give the food 4 stars. But they usually only have 2 people working there: a cook and a waitress. So there's usually a wait for your meal. I don't really blame the workers because they're doing their best. Also, yesterday when we ate there, the air conditioner was broken. It was like 85 degrees in there. The poor waitress was dripping with sweat. I don't even know how the cook was surviving. I do love their waffles, sausage, and bacon.

We had great customer service today!! The food was hot when served. I love to come to this Huddle House with my friends and family. They are always good to my daughter that is special needs. However unless they get the A/C fixed in this place we will not be able to visit. My daughter has heart problems and can't sit in here with sweat pouring off her while we wait to eat. I would give it a 5 rating but when you get up from your seat and the bench is wet with sweat, it's to hot to be in here. I feel bad for the employees. The owner is losing business here because people are turning around and leaving because it's hotter than Hatties. Get the A/C fixed or I will not be back.

Huddle House is our #1 place to go to in the morning after we get off shift. I’ve never had a bad experience. The wait staff and cooks are always super friendly. The breakfast is spot on and this place is in a great location. Tell me where else in Pineville are you gonna go for breakfast that’s not fast food?

Been a while since I've been here so me and my son came by for lunch and we walked up to the door and a girl came out to let us know they were closing early cause the "bugman"! Was on his way and they couldn't have any customers!! 😲😔..ooook then! So we came back today8-7-20 and food was very good,ppl were very nice, Mr.E(I think was what they told me his name was) extremely nice!😁
