Cinnabon

There were two people on staff on 2/20/2022 at 5:15pm. one male and one female. The boy was very rude. After we asked a question about our order he said "do you want it or not?" And you could hear him speaking under his breath. The lady came and took over our order and was phenomenal. She was great while he stayed rude the whole time. Ruined the experience.

Horrible customer service. Contacted customer service through email. Did not receive the correct order. Refused to fix the problem after I sent them a screenshot of the actual order. I lived 35 mins from this store and I never been to this restaurants. Decided to try it out. Placed my order online. Picked up my order. When I arrived home I noticed I received the wrong order.

Serious need for management leading and training for associates! My daughter made a purchase and 20 minutes later received her roll without her iced coffee. An attendant then said she will start making her coffee. Then she literally jumped up on the counter to assemble the coffee machine. How inappropriate and unsanitary! That was it for me. I stopped the process and asked for a refund. We will never return.

I frequently come to this Cinnabon and to come here today to be completely disappointed when leaving was the absolute worst. Employees were rude. Me and my sister were in line before 7pm with only one customer (at the register checking out) and were told when we got to the cashier that we couldn’t buy a Cinnabon because they couldn’t process after 7pm (which is false, I’ve run in once before and been serviced afterwards before) @ 7:02 pm. I offered to buy a whole box to make it easier and they refused. When walking back by two minutes later, all I saw was your employees packing up Cinnabon to take home. DISSAPPOINTED!!
