Chick-fil-a

As we were standing in line to order a huge cockroach crawled over my foot and then crawled up on to the counters where you order your food!! The employees didn’t even notice, it took a lot of us customers to point it out and they finally grabbed it and got rid of it. But at that point I didn’t want to even eat. I understand it could have come in from outside or one of the other restaurants next to them but for it to be out crawling around in the daylight around a bunch of people makes me worry about what’s hiding in other places. Let’s just say, appetite was ruined and I hope they address the situation.

Manager contacted me regarding my review. Stated I was treated that way because they are short staffed. Explained to her you don't mistreat customers for that reason. I work for public storage, WE are short staffed but we don't treat customers the way I was treated Adv to take a lesson from Joe. Her employee. Maybe he should be the manager and teach her how to treat customers.

How do you not love Chick-fil-A's absolute fantastic perfect service along with the famous and awesome chicken breast sandwich with pickles? As we all know the world or at least the post office, DMV in most government offices should all be run by Chick-fil-A management and their staff everybody is always so accommodating so friendly and so caring I don't know how they do it but I wish them all the success 💞
