Central Pizza

First I want to put out there me and my family order pizza from here atleast once a week because we love the pizza! But last night we were at a friend's house bragging about this place and how good the pizza is. Anyways we ordered 3 xl pizzas and 12 wings. We ordered delivery,they told us it would be about an hour. No problem. Took about an hour and 20 mins to get to us. All of our pizzas were wrong, the wings were right . We called and they said we they would replace our pizza,instead of having them deliver we decided we would go pick it up because we were starving. They told us to bring back the pizzas they messed up. We kept the wings. When my friend left to go get the new pizzas ,I opened the wings and they were not cooked they were disgusting. I again called to tell them,and at this point was a bit upset and did not want my wings remade. They offered to refund half the money in cash. We paid 70$ on credit so I was ok with that. My friend came back with the pizzas and a 20$ bill. Mind you we drove all the way to pick our order up and then they only gave us a 20 dollar refund after all the hassle. I'm very disappointed and hate being a Karen but I was bragging about this place. The chicken wings got me so upset here is a picture. Not saying I would never go back here but would never bragg about there service.

I gave them a 1 because the pizza was good. Their customer service is nonexistent. The manager on June 17, at around 2:30pm was rude and condescending. Their website for sandwiches is unclear, nowhere does it say, write in the comments if you DON’T want something on a sandwich. If you choose the items you want, it means you want extra! Again the site does not say that anywhere. When I called because I got a 6 inch sub with all items plus extra! I only wanted tomato, Mayo and dressing. The manager basically told me I was at fault and he didn’t need my business! Do not support this business!

Horrible horrible night. Ordered three sandwiches and it took over one and half hours to deliver right across the street. Ordered NO onions on any sandwich and all three are loaded with onions. Really disappointed was one of my favorites to order from and my last two deliveries were late and wrong Just an update. This afternoon the owner Mike came by personally and offered apologies and rectified the situation. Thank you Mike for caring about your customers

First time here was a bit skeptical but Excellent food! Great service. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Chicken Alfredo White pizza 😋 hot and fresh! ***Update*** 5/2/2021 Decided tonight was going to be a pizza night so why not come back and try Central Pizza see if as good as our first try. Geez Louise it's still the same! Taste just a good as the first pizza. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Garlic Parmesan wings. The pizza was delicious 😋 and the wings were good even though we asked for them to be cooked well done, extra crispy and they were not so we put them the air fryer and came out perfect! One thing they can work on is the customer service. They don't really speak when you enter he just stands there and look at you 🤣...

Great food at great prices. Best subs in town. Girlfriend had the chef salad and was very pleased with the amount of meat that they incorporated into the salad whereas other pizza places are stingy with their meat. They also have a huge menu with a plethora amount of choices along with many coupon specials. We finally found our "go to" for Pizza, Subs, Salads, Hot Italian baked dinners, Specialty Pizza's, Misc sides, Desserts. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
