I & the kids love McDonald's, however I rarely give them 5 star ratings...that is until I downloaded their app. Now I earn points towards free food & the app always has great offers like; buy one get one free. Most importantly mistakes on orders at the Drive Thru have been drastically reduced. I can finally say "I'm Loving it"!

It’s a shame they don’t have a -5 rating. That the employees are to downright lazy to check the special orders, it’s just a testimony to how McDonald’s cares nothing about anything but money.
Food allergies?
We don’t care!
Have to work a 12 hour shift with no access to food? We don’t care!
That’s the attitude.
And then of course them stuffing their faces and don’t wash after.
We are SO fortunate to have them. 🙄

This McDonald's has the best service in south FL. I drive past four McDonald's to come here and it's worth it because their service is always a great. They have a great management team. Orders are correct. The crew iss always very friendly.

Today was a special day for me I was meeting my boyfriend's two girls for the first time. We had such a great time and really enjoyed our food. The sweet young lady who took our order did such a wonderful especially because it was her first day and she was in training and the lady was training her was doing a great job Thank you guys for making my first visit so relaxing

Employees were rude and not accommodating. The woman who took our order and payment at the drive-through was nice, but the woman at the second window was confused about who's order was who's. Then she was rude to us when we tried to explain which order was ours.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The food was inedible and we ended up just throwing it in the garbage. Wasted $20 on our way home from a very long day and decided to stop at McDonald's. The ONLY person with a mask on was the cashier. We didn't bother taking it back as it was late, we were exhausted and we would have just taken it back to the unsanitary people. Double quarter pounder was dripping with grease. At this point, I may never eat at a McDonald's ever again. Filthy.

When we went in we were excited to try the new restaurant out. Then our waitress showed up and it felt like we were disturbing her. It wasn't a comfortable environment. Will try whiskey wings in St Petersburg near Tyrone before giving up on this place altogether

This McDonalds gets 2 stars because they are twice as good as most of the others. McDonalds serves a kind of food that simply doesn't seem real. Anyway, this one is better than most of the others.
