3rd time ive been disappointed so its not a charm .was so excited about the Mexican Pizza return to the munu , but i wont be going back . $25 for Mexican pizzas and their completely cold the cheeses isnt even melted not even remotely close to being melted. Not to mention the fact they don't want to give you your change, in fact I've been asked do you want your change back. Do you want to get paid by the hour?? What kind of question is that anyway, is that corporate standards or is that just Pinellas Park for you. So disgusted... I'm surprised there even still open but i guess the drunks still gotta eat ! Never again Can't even submit a survey because the receipt is non readable.

I placed my order when I got to the window the lady had got the money from me she didn't have my change she was very rude about it I told her to keep the change and then she had proceeded to tell me that I was done and I could leave when I was sitting there waiting for my drinks and then top it off when I got home all my food was cold it was nasty it tastes like it's been sitting there all day there was a hair in my one I've been trying to call there since it's incident happened I am absolutely appalled and disgusted and I will be going up there to complain and I still have the food and the receipt just approved to them how it was/is. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS TACO BELL EVER UNLESS YOU WANT SOME NASTY FOOD THAT YOU WILL NOT EAT YOU WON'T HAVE YOUR FAMILY EAT IT AND IT'LL GET THROWN AWAY YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW IF THAT'S THE CASE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE AT ALL STAY CLEAR

Never had any issues at this location before, employees always very nice and helpful. I’ve also never had any issues with mobile order. But that changed tonight. I ordered about $15 worth of food and when I arrived at this location the line was very long. I have a lot of patience especially when it’s busy. I waited about 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. I said I was picking up a mobile order and they told me to pull to the window. We waited another 10 minutes before getting to the window and when we arrived the employee Seemed confused like she didn’t have it. Another employee comes over and said they didn’t get the order until now and that it wasn’t ready and if we could pull around and park and they would bring it out to us or we can come inside. At this point we have already waited 30+ minutes. They did not check us in for the mobile order at the speaker like they were supposed to and then acted like they didn’t get the order until we got to the window even though I had ordered it 30 minutes prior. We waited in a parking spot for 15 minutes when my roommate went inside to check on it. She then texted me and told me they hadn’t even started making it yet so she then told them to just cancel so we could leave. They then gave my roommate extreme attitude and was very rude to her for canceling. I get that it was a busy night and a very long line but we were waiting almost 45 minutes for a mobile order that was ordered an hour ago. Never had an issue with disrespectful employees at this location before now.

I ordered 2 of the Mexican pizza’s. One was not supposed to have meat. They put meat on both. They didn’t spread the red sauce and cheese all over the top, a huge part of the shell was dry. The shell is not the same as it used to be. It’s not flaky. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was over cooked. Worst Taco Bell experience we’ve had in a while.

Honestly I would give it negative 5 stars, due to the attitude I was given in the drive through. Women proceeded to make slick comments to my spouse as we ordered. As well as forgot 3 items in the bag, tried to call number that’s listed and no one picked up the phone. Horrible establishment ruined by rude people.

Never had a problem with this location until tonight. Ordered two cantina boxes and various other items. Only received HALF the misc items and only the 5 layer burritos from the box. Came back around the drive thru and the shift manager accused me of lying and trying to get extra food and fully insisted she made everything. Lady at the window gave us the bag without even looking in it so who knows where the rest went, maybe to a different car or was sitting on the counter the whole time. After much trouble and a lot of bargaining I managed to get the crispy chicken and nachos for one box. Still missing a chicken taco, nachos, and a burrito. $46 to not get my entire order and get screamed at for daring to ask for it.

I heard the female worker/supervisor cuss at her employees with many vulgar words. How could you treat people like that. What in the world is wrong with her? Does she not know how to be in a leadership position. If I was the boss, I would fire her. Rude to her employees who were working as fast as people can. Learn how to be a person, not a monster.
