I used to love Chipotle and would eat here often, but the quality has declined drastically! They’ve reduced the portions for the protein so I started paying for double meat. The last 2 orders I placed did not have double meat (despite that I paid for it) and this order also included a giant hunk of tendon/fat and a big tomato stem. Management needs to be aware that the quality here is terrible lately. Seriously.

This location has gone down hill. They definitely do not have good help lately here. My order has been messed up 3 times recently at this location. Also I don’t know what’s going on with the steak but there is so much fat on it! Sooo gross!!!

Ordered a quesadilla online and got two folded tortillas with barely ANY cheese. They also gave me my rice side in a tiny CUP,,,,, never going back here

Was very disappointed in my quesadilla.
First off you have to order on the app four couples walked in and got their food and we're down eating before I could get mine. Due to the fact you can only get a quesadilla if you order it through the app.
Second as you can see from the photo there was a ton of tortilla that did not have filling. Whoever was making this thought they were making a mini burrito. There should not be any folding in a quesadilla.
For $12 I expect the filling to go to the edge of the quesadilla.

Picked up chips and they were stale. When I brought them back, I was assertively told, “We make the chips in the morning, so they’re all going to be stale. That’s just the way it is. I can give you a new bag, but they’re going to be stale too.” Not cool. I don’t think I’ve ever heard any type of restaurant say, our food is going to be stale. That’s how it is. Deal with it. MacDonald’s doesn’t even do that.

Well let’s start by say that this place is really nasty. I was standing in-line when I saw a big cockroach on the table. I call a member from chipotle Without making a scene. All the employee did is look at it and continue cleaning other tables. She did not try to let another member of chipotle know. I will definitely never eat here again. This just tell you how dirty they are and don’t care about how their work place is.

Hands down the best Chipotle by far (and I’ve eaten in countless other Chipotle locations). Food is very flavorful and place is clean. Staff is nice. Kudos to the Manager, keep it up!

Fast friendly service. Guessing I am a semi-regular to this location. Visit here several times a month. The fact I return often should say it's good. Always relatively clean for as busy as it usually is.
