The food/ice cream is great but, I have to admit that the ice cream is a rip-off! The ice cream is small and is more expensive than Burger Kings and Burger King's is cheaper for better ice cream.

Horrible service!!! Waited 20 minutes for a slush and didn't get my order right. They also act like they don't want to take your order. Just rude.

Store is so outdated, rusted old menu boards. Car hop service is ok. The store as a whole needs some restructuring, new store management to start off and work your on down the ladder. The district manager really needs to get involved with the sonics in his/her area.
