Chili's

A hit and miss. Don't get me wrong chili's has some good food. Sometimes the food is served cold and takes way to long to get to your table and other times it's served just right. The employees are also a hit and miss, some can be very rude while others are tolerable. Haven’t been here in awhile. I’ll have to give them another try to update my review

Service was fantastic and the food was super yummy! Always love the Santa fe chicken salad. Jyan was very attentive! 2 things I noticed. People were leaving because they were not approached for several minutes when they walked in anditwasn'tbusy. Also the woman's restroom looked a trashy gas station bathroom. Other than that it was great!

Only got take out. My wife likes Cajun Chicken Alfredo. They are sometimes so busy or maybe it's because they are under staffed, there are times when you are parked, that you just have to just walk in and get your order off of the holding rack. I recognize the effect of covid-19. Staffing issues everywhere you look. Customer service is missing, in the majority of places that you go too, that's a big issue. Again my wife likes the Cajun Chicken Alfredo.

They were rude and unprofessional! How do you turn customers away? We had a party of 3 adults and 6 children. They said that they couldn't serve us because our party was too big and that they didn't have enough people working. I have never heard such foolishness! I will never go back and I encourage everyone that I know to not patronize Chili's establishment. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me!

We tried to go here a couple weeks ago. When we went in a lady came up to us and told us there would be an hour wait on our food because they were short in the kitchen. We said that was fine because we wanted to spend some family time anyways. Then she rolls her eyes and turns around and leaves and then when she comes back she says “I know you guys don’t want to wait for your food for an hour” shaking her head no. Basically telling us to leave after we told her we were fine with it. It was only me, my husband and son. There was maybe 5 other families there. Declining customers is not how you make money chilies 🙄

Went here traveling through thinking Chili's was a safe bet. Trust me, this one wasn't. Some of the food was cold and didn't taste quite right. Only ate very little of it afraid of the condition of the food. The staff was friendly enough and I feel bad about the conditions they are working in. The restaurant wasn't even half full but there was a 30 min wait because they couldn't function the way it is supposed to. Also the town smells terrible from the paper mills. I hate giving bad reviews, but do yourself a favor and keep driving down to the next town.

So after a trip to the casino close by, some friends and I decided to go eat Chilli's. It was about 9:50 pm, and they weren't supposed to close until 10. However the hostess (or manager possibly) greeted us with "Ya'll know we close in 30 minutes." A little taken back with the obvious rudeness we asked if we had time to order food. That wouldn't have been a one star by itself, but then the waiter welcomed us with "Our bar is closed if ya'll are wanting to drink." Then after waiting several minutes and no drinks or waiter around, we left. I cannot believe a good reputable company would allow their employees and management to close at 10 pm and lose 30 minutes of sales. , Yes they even locked their door because we saw another couple try to enter while we were eating across the parking lot. At least Burger King wanted earn some money tonight.
