FAKE BURGER NO FLAME BROILED TASTE AT ALL... IT WAS TERRIBLE. Well we can complain all we want no one in upper management never listens 2nd for one the colored female with the metal braces in her mouth very bad customer service skills didn't pay attention to what I ordered and we didn't whoppers they gave us the impossible burger it was very disappointing dry and chewy. Pickles were sweet and ketchup but, everytime I visited this burger King its always a true disappointment this time with both the food and customer service we were not the only customers that were not satisfied 😑 🙃 They COULD REALLY USE TRAINING FROM THE BURGER KING ON OLIVE STREET IN PINE BLUFF,ARKANSAS!!!

😱 OMG. Very Very slow service. It seemed like all the staff at BK was confused.
Waited an hour yesterday for three items. I got my money back and a complementary meal. Which I was grateful towards the manager. However it made little sense of the chaos yesterday.
Maybe they were having a bad day....IDK...I do hope they have a better day and timing from now on.

Hands down the slowest service I’ve ever experienced . Was trapped in their drive thru for 35 mins. I wasn’t even hungry at this point, I just wanted to go elsewhere but couldn’t.

It sucked. Had to wait 15 to 20 min and on top of all that they didn't have our order right and I'm guessing the white lady tried to get snobby about it. Burger King your people dropped the ball on this one😤😤😤😤

Waited 20 min. Food was cold.. went back through the line and the 2nd order was just as cold .Four people working and spoke with someone and after 40 min total waiting for fast food still not satisfied.

Worst chicken sandwich in my entire life, was maybe a quarter inch thick and absolutely no moisture. Tasted like it was over 6 hours old. Got a single bacon cheeseburger, ordered a double, couldn't add on at window and it took forever

Visited this place twice this week for lunch. First time it took forever to place my order only to find they messed it up. The second time I was over charged and they still messed up my order. As much as I love BK, this place needs to be managed better.

My favorite burger place in Arkansas. The taste of those charbroiled burgers are just right for my taste. Their fries are great too. Nothing like those char broiled burgers, None to match, in this city.
Oh now, you can find a great many burgers that's oh, so, delicious, but Burger Kings on a level by itself.
