Subway

This is the second time I've been disappointed this week alone. This first time I did a curbside order and was never greeted. After sitting there for 10 minutes I finally went inside to be told my order wasn't even started. I then gave them more time and as I waited you could tell the manager was being rude and raising her words to the 2 young employees that were working with her. Finally got my food 15 mind later and heard nothing but excuses from manager instead of an apology for the wait. I've been in the service industry for 15 years and thats a no no. Today I tried ordering 3 footlongs online for to go (buy two get one deal) and it didn't give me the option to pay on arrival, so I had to call in the order and the manager refused to honor the deal. It would have been fine if she approached a different way, but she was flat out rude. One of your student employees would make a better manager because they at least have good customer service skills.
