The best service, pizza, and the boneless wings were spot on! Parking not bad after 6PM just pull up, I forgot how good pizza hut was price wars? You get what you pay for, new slogan!!!! Try it they've trying everything else!

From the outside the building looks abandoned. Inside,dark and DIRTY. Pleasant staff. They will have to clean up their act before I would return.

I order medium pizza with extra cheese almost $21 an 90 cents but they not add extra cheese I asked , tasty good but can be better if I have extra cheese

I ordered a dinner box with only beef and bacon added to the pizza. Somehow someone over there added chicken to my pizza. I'm allergic to chicken. Also the cinnasticks weren't cooked all the way. Thank god I looked before eating it. I had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. Finally got a lady to answer the phone and she was completely rude when I explained what was wrong. She offered to send a corrected pizza, which I accepted. I asked to make sure that they wanted the wrong pizza back and she rudely said yes. Almost like a "duh". Won't be ordering from here again.

They have awesome customer service and awesome. Went to a different location and they were closing soon they waited for me even after they closed for me to get my order they were understanding and patient thanks will be coming back .

1st of all the location (Pikesville) could have let me know that there is no curbside pick up per the app. Secondly, I was not notified when my pizza was ready as in the past - it was barely warm when I picked it up.
