Panera Bread

I've probably been in 10 Panera breads, and they are all very similar. That, is a really good thing. At this one, the layout was just slightly different. I was greeted quickly and efficiently as I usually am at Panera bread's. They got my order and in an astoundingly fast amount of time it was ready. I'm a big fan of their tomato soup in the bread bowl and today lived up to every other time I've had it. It was a nice trip for a brief but comfortable lunch. There was plenty of seating to be had, and I could look out and double check my truck in the parking lot. Nice trip, money well spent, and I will be back here again.

Completely bad experience. 1st ordered delivery...didn't arrive until 20 MINUTES after stated time. When the food finally arrived, there were missing items, items that should have been warm were COLD and things that should have been cold were WARM. This is the WORST experience I have had. When I tried calling, no one answered. When I tried reaching out to corporate....nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Third time having bad service here but the food is pretty good. Today I even encountered the manager name Emmalyn! Very rude, unprofessional, unbothered, provoking individual. She ignored me for a long time after ignoring me she stood there and stared at me with a nasty look what really made me upset because it Sunday at avoided confrontation she refused to answer questions about DM however the young lady serving me D’mya was great excellent customer service provided the GM number and apologized about the inconvenience. Served with a smile she should be the manager bc the manager doesn’t have good people skills. Even stood there doing nothing as I waited frustrated then D’mya took my order. She damn near refused me as a customer. This review is strictly on her. Because my food was cool and the other issues I’ve had here was mixed and a couple was resolved!

Horribly slow service. Placed an online order, went to pick it up, it wasn't ready, had to wait almost 30 minutes. Restaurant was not crowded, no one in line when I arrived. Workers just standing around complaining. When I asked about my order was told, by a cashier with a horrible attitude, that they were behind and no one was making to go orders! When I got to my destination, discovered they did not include silverware as requested and the bread was missing from my soup.

Don’t waste your time going here, they get your order wrong EVERY time. The staff is lazy and doesn’t honor customizations, they rather just make the items as they already are. Management does nothing and wants to offer gift cards just to come back to more mediocre service as they continue to get orders wrong daily. Avoid Lamek LLC at all cost any Panera Bread locations owned by this company is poorly ran and definitely do not recommend.
