BurgerKing just off the i-285 these locations are high volume , high traffic, you would think they would be quick, but you'd be wrong. So funny story. I got off the hwy, to lunch andale.phone calls. Long slow drive thru. So I parked and made my calls, watching foolish people sit for 15-20inutes for food. After 45 min, I'm ready to leave, and surprise surprise No cars in line, so I pop in. With my coupon, and waited for hot chicken sandwich... Because the were --out?--. Lol said I'd wait. So my food was hot fresh. So it took me an hour and 45 min to get correctly prepared food. Store understaffed which is so common these days.

The cashier that took my order charged me for an 8 piece nugget when I said I wanted a 10 piece nugget the food was soggy as well as my double whopper was smothered in mayonnaise nuggets and fries was cold one employee was out of uniform the cook had no hot on no gloves and was touching his hair and face bare handed and then touching food bare handed. I will not visit this burger king ever again. Yall need to do better.

Been here 5 times, order has been wrong four times even though the receipt was correct. Park and check your food before you leave. Update: they are still bad... so bad I came to do this update. They got my order wrong and the receipt shows, drove back up there to get it redone and instead of giving me the double whopper with cheese, they gave me a whopper with cheese and didn't even offer me anything for driving back up there. I only go here because it's close to my house.
