Little Caesars

My last experience here was nothing but bad. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza. I had to wait so I thought it would be fresh but the pizza came out half fresh and half burnt( looked like they gave me a half fresh pizza and the other half used), plus it wasn't the pepperoni pizza ordered. I then called to let them know about it and asked if I could go ahead and make it for me since I've already waited. The young lady on the phone said she would but when I received my pizza it was a cheese. So, I had to wait for 30 minutes almost to get my pepperoni pizza when I was told she would right back with it.

You can't use the slogan "Hot and Ready" anymore!! I chose drive-thru, shortly after 7:00pm..last night. Ordered the extra pepperoni. At the drive-thru, the lady asked if we minded waiting 5 min. for it. We were in a hurry, but decided we could wait 5 min. because if we went anywhere else, it would take longer. We handed her the money, she handed us a buzzer and said it will vibrate when it's ready. Sat in the parking lot 10 minutes, and it still didn't vibrate. So I got out of the car and went inside thinking it'll be ready just as I step in. Waited another 5 minutes, and finally asked an employee about my pizza. The pizza was sitting in the warming cabinet behind the counter ready. I know for a fact, that I could get in that kitchen and make a pizza and have it to the counter in 9 min.. it looks like there were enough employees to handle the traffic, but the employees had no energy, walking slow, talking personal business like they were at the Waffle House having coffee. People waiting, warming cabinets were bare, and the employees not a care in the world. If I had a simple apology from the employee when I finally got my pizza, I probably wouldn't be writing this right now. I don't want things for free, I just like the places that I do business with, to be what they say they are. The attitude of the staff, does not hold the values to have a "Hot & Ready" pizza at that store.

So I order from here often and tonight I realized if you order delivery and something is wrong you better be happy with what you got, prepared to sit on hold forever, or drive to the store. I was brought the entirely wrong order with someone else's name. Store won't answer door dash driver won't respond and 877 number keeps telling you to leave a message. Carmen J I have your pizzas 🍕 😒 After being on hold for 25 minutes I was told I will get a refund in 7 to 10 business days 😑 and can go pick up my order but to bring the wrong order back so they believe me. What happened to the days of delivery where if they got it wrong they fixed it?

I gave this store 2 stars because I usually go there. This particular day… I ordered the extramost pepperoni pizza. I got all the way home… my kid had already opened the box and took a bite before I could look at the pizza. Half way through the slice of pizza that my kid ate, I happen to look in the box. It looked like a regular classic pepperoni pizza. I then called the store and told them I was given the wrong pizza and I would be bringing it back because I wanted what I paid for. About an hour later, I brought the whole pizza back, plus the slice that my kid had already bitten into. I was told that the pizza I had was an extramost pizza and that little ceasers has changed the extramost to where you only get 8 extra pepperonis and extra cheese… well it was already an hour later and if someone had told me this over the phone, I probably would have just eaten it and never ordered again. I then asked for my money back because I wasn’t going to eat cold pizza. I gave the man my receipt and I gave him the pizza. This manager never asked for my card to put my money back, yet he said it would be back on my card after a couple business days. I have yet to receive my refund and I will NEVER come back to this location!

I decided to stop for a pizza. I'm on a tight schedule, but I expected it to only take 15 minutes tops. My pizza was given away to another customer. I told them that I just come back later for my pizza. After dropping off the child I was babysitting; I came back for my pizza. It still wasn't really. Honestly, I'm not sure if I even trust eating it at this point. I stopped to get the pizza at 6:30 it's now 7:46. They said that they though I already got my pizza till the guy that took my order told them otherwise. I got my money back.
