One literally waits in a drive thru lane for 30 mins only to receive the crappiest service in Pickerington. Drive thru girl was busier talking about her boyfriend vs working on a line that stretched into the Kroger parking lot. Avocado toast? Don't bother. It would have been somewhat tasteful if it were actually "on" toast.

This place is a joke!!! Even though this location is closer to me, I will not go again!!! The drive thru line was long and it took forever to even place my order! I ordered an ice coffee and when I got to the p/u window they handed me 2! I said I only ordered 1 and the response was “ well we cant take it back due to covid”. Thats fine but I did not order 2! The response was “We cant take it back”. Then issue me a refund! Ordered 2 bagels double toasted with ham received no ham and barely toasted! Ordered a large ice cap received a small! Horrible location!! Horrible service! Tried to call them and no one answers the phone!!!

This may honestly be the most poorly managed Tim’s in existence. Not only will you wait in line all day, there’s a 70% chance they’ll not have whatever you want to order. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee? How is that possible. If you’re lucky enough to get whatever item you ordered, if it’s anything outside of a drink there’s a 70% it will be cold or just taste bad. Take my advice. Drive 3 minutes up the street to Brice road.

CLOSED! THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED for indoor eating. It is December of 2021 and the lobby is STILL CLOSED! You can only get food or beverages through the drive thru, which they share with a Wendy's. The line is always long and moves slowly. If you have the time you can creep through the drive thru only to find your hot coffee is now cold and you food order is wrong. But you can't go inside to get it corrected, you will have to get in the back of the line and start the process again. Best to go to the McDonald's 30 yards away. OPEN YOUR LOBBY BACK UP (if anyone cares) !!

Always a massive long line but the food is always good. And my order is consistently accurate (unlike the East Main St location)! Also, the drive thru menu is very difficult to read in some areas because of poor maintenance. The sign age is so dirty and needs tended to. I have to pull up the menu on my iPhone. Even when the drive thru line is short, plan on spending at least 15 minutes waiting until you even place your order. It’s ridiculous! Poor management at this location.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I have been here several times and had staff try to overcharge or keep my change. Ask for your receipt and pay attention to the menu prices.

Had a highly dissatisfied experience. Came to this Tim Hortons looking to get some doughnuts, so I went inside since their door was unlocked, and went to talk to the woman at the counter who seemed rude and unhelpful. She immediately told me that "their dining room was closed because of COVID" (even though we were both wearing masks and they had shields at the registers for the customers, and a sign on their door stating that customers had to wear masks if they came inside) even though their door was unlocked, and I wasn't planning on eating there anyway. I was just going to grab and go. I then asked if I could do a carry out, and the lady acted like she had no idea what that meant. I then explained it to her and she said that I could order through the drive thru. The location in Canal Winchester allows customers to come inside and carry out. I then asked if they had doughnuts, to which she replied that they just sold the last one out the drive thru. Upset at this, I left and will never return to this location.
