Grapevine Pizza

Great little Pizza Pub. Pizza is really good, with quality ingredients and the perfect sauce. Subs are excellent as well, as is the cheesy bread sticks.. super soft. Add in a beer or two and you're all set. There's a bar in the middle and plenty of seating for tables with more folks. Stop by and enjoy while you support a local business.

Rude and entitled management. We've had now multiple very negative interactions with management here. Other front desk staff (generally young ladies) have been fine. I understand working in management can be busy and stressful, and staff can be hard to find these days(due to illness -- maybe you guys should wear masks!), but it gives you no right to treat your customers like you are entitled to their business and think you can treat them however you want. Beyond that issue, the food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's very good but most of the time, especially lately, it has been bad. Thankfully we live in an area with so many choices for pizza so taking our business elsewhere isn't much of a hassle. Hopefully the management issues can be corrected!

I went to Grapevine with a friend of mine on Friday evening. The service we received was the worst, we ordered an appetizer, it didn't come out before our meal. Our meal AND appetizer were both not even warm. Our server didn't come back to check on us, only to hand us the check at the end. I will never go back! The only reason I am giving this review a star is because I cannot post it unless I give a star.....
